Came in around noon on a weekday and it wasn’t busy at all, I was the only patient waiting in the waiting area. Waiting area was clean and spacious. Sanitizer and masks available upon entry. Front desk staff helpful and courteous. Checkin process was quick and efficient. Medical assistant/nurse was very polite and efficient. It did take a little more time than I expected waiting to see the provider, I would say 15-30 min. However, the provider was polite, thorough, and explained results and treatment options. Overall pleasant experience and I’d recommend CareSpot for the convenience and care I received.
I had my hand injured and needed guidance and X-ray, I am grateful that a friend recommended CareSpot for urgent care. Attention, politeness, and the feeling that the team really cares about what you are going through. Special call out to nurse Megan Natalie. Wait time was good too. Only regret is that they had no X-ray technicians during the weekend no one nearby had!, so needed to wait and went on a Monday. While we always hope we won’t need urgent care again anytime soon, it will surely be my go-to place for future needs.
They are very organized. The place is very clean. The staff are very polite and caring. I was in and out in less than 1 1/2 hour. I did not have nothing major , it was only an inflammation in my throat. They gave me rx to get some medicine. I would use them again if needed.
My visit today was quick and easy . But the front part of the office was very nice and easy to check in . But when I got towards the back of the office dealing with the dr & nurse it seem like they weren’t quite happy to be there. And the dr. Laughed at me while I was trying to explain my situation and it made me feel like he was judging me and trying to make me feel dumb. One minute our bodies can be fine and a next minute it can change. So sometimes stop being so judgmental and listen to your patients. I was nothing but respectful to all of them wish they could’ve been a little more respectful to me as well being a young women .
Had a great experience! Was seen pretty quickly & Luis who did the intake was Awesome! But Dr. Maunual Garcia is Amazing He is a very personable, knowledgeable & has helped me get better fast!! One of the most understanding, professional and caring urgent cares in the area. I have never had a bad experience and have no hesitation ever seeing them. The staff take the time and listen to what you have to say as well as take your needs into consideration. You’re a person not a number there.
Great care and was able to be seen quickly with an appointment. Staff was friendly, place was very clean and the doctor was very caring and took the time to listen to my concerns. Very pleased with my experience.
Terrible place! Receptionist arrogant and rude. Told one hour wait. After one hour I ask how much longer and told another 30 min approx and that she told me an hour an half when I arrived...which she did not! Then tells me there's still a wait once get in the room still 3 people waiting ..mind you nobody has come out in over an hour. I left, and miss arrogant continued to be rude.
I went to originally for an ear infection but returned the next day with symptoms of a severe UTI. I was on a zpak less than 24 hours. I asked to have another antibiotic instead of the zpak as everyone knows a zpak will not help a UTI. The doctor refused and wanted to see what the zpak would do. I believe the doctors name was Travis Chapman. He was very dismissive with me. Needless to say by Monday night I was in the ER and admitted to the hospital because it went into my kidneys. I generally love this place and the ladies up front are why I gave it 3 stars. Before you are seen or go there I’d make sure the doctor on duty isn’t Travis Chapman. My personal opinion is steer clear of the place if he’s the doctor on duty. I have been admitted and released from the hospital and I get a message today Thursday my results are in. What a joke lol, considering I’m home from the hospital with the correct antibiotic. Thank god for the Doctors that actually listen to their patients.
Set an appt for 4:30, because when I called they said that would be much better than walking in. Arrived at 4:15, a person outside the front desk person on a personal call told me to come back in 30 minutes as they were at lunch. I sat there waiting in my car, then went back in at 4:36. The front desk same person took my info and then reminded me that my appt was at 4:30, and that they had taken someone else in front of me, who was there before me. Apparently before 4:30, when they were at lunch. Frustrating, but ok. I then sat there with no updates, nothing, until 5:10. All I could do was sit there and listen to their personal conversations in the back no other sounds in the room and watch them stand there, leaning against the wall, chatting. I asked how long it would be, she said they had 3 PBJCRT-something tests in front of me whatever those are and said they take about 20 minutes. Someone in the back called out to her that it would be more than 20 minutes. I asked for my ID back, the person said it wasn't their fault, and I left. I'll never go back or recommend this location.
