Unfortunately this store is not recognized by great customer service. Sometimes I think myself why some staff members take the job if they don't want to work there, because they are always with a bad and face, unhappy, make customers feel bad. And in this type of business you have to make your customers happy because in most of the time they are there because they are sick. So please managers.... From a manager to managers... re-educate your employees, I will have the greatest pleasure in the world to come back here and change my review! And I would like to make it clear that not everyone is like that, there are good employees in the store, but those in the pharmacy are the ones who need to learn how to provide customer service.

The Very Worst customer services ever. The pharmacy department is horrible, consistently rude both in person and over the phone, late opening the department, again consistently. I will give them five stars in ALWAYS disappointing you. That is the only thing they are GREAT at!!!.

Horrible service. Called with a physical prescription for my sick infant. The woman on the phone advised us "not to bring any fake prescriptions. We wont fill them." Im not sure how many people try to give fake prescriptions for infant antibiotics, but I would guess its very few. Once we got there, the level of customer service declined. Rude and very slow. After 30 minutes of waiting, we followed up and they seemed annoyed and seem to take even longer. Finally, they overcharged us despite having our insurance information, as if to underline that they know they give horrible customer service, management sees all the complaints but no one cares or does anything about it. Looking at the other reviews, management is doing nothing about improving service at this location.Very understandable why the reviews are mostly bad for this location. Avoid this location as if your life depended on it. It may.

I think the pharmacy should train their people better on how to treat their customers. Some employees there are very arrogant and treat people like garbage. Im if they don’t appreciate their job they shouldn’t be working there.

This particular Walgreen’s on Coconut Creek Pkwy is horrible. The staff, including management, are very rude. I’ll stick with the Walgreen’s on 42nd St and Sample Rd. Even the Pharmacy and pharmacy Manager Christie is excellent at the one on Sample. IThey are like night and day! I will not even go there for convenience any more!

Horrible staff, the night pharmacist, a young black female, is horrible. Even when you try to explain your situation in a nice formally manner, she is the rudest person I have ever dealt with.

On 4-9-2022 4:45am I live near this Walgreens, and I go inside late hours to get items through my OTC insurance coverage, I often have a continuous negative interaction from a store clerk, and a supervisor for overnight, both refused to give there names, The supervisor isn't usually rude, but due to the employee clerk that works for her, she was also very rude!!!! I tried to explain the problem about the clerk, but the clerk is extremely unprofessional, and sarcastic, also lie to cover her action's. I'm writing this review to make aware the very unprofessional actions overnight from this one clerk, and the supervisor's actions of not even addressing the issues is the poorest services I've experienced yet!!! I will definitely go to a different Walgreens!¡!! Again the supervisor would not give either names because they don' t want to be reported!!!!

If I could give this location zero stars I would! This is the second time I had to contact corporate due to their pharmacy drive thru service. Our last visit we waited for nearly 20 minutes for a technician to come out. To make matters worse, the technician forgot we were waiting and ended up taking two vehicles that came after us on the opposite side. It's time to switch to CVS!

TERRIBLE cashier in the night shift. Day was Monday May 30th 2022 at 11:50 pm. The black lady working the cash register was rude and obnoxious. Need more training. She wasnt ready to take the next customer because someone forgot their card. She doesn’t even know that there is a “Suspend” or “void” option on the register or maybe didn’t wanted to and was throwing tantrums. Needs more training or need to let go.

awful - not the first time- it is called drive thru for a reason! Drive thru! If rx are not ready or there is a problem, tell them they must come into store. There are customers who expect drive thru service and should be given drive thru service - not have to wait 15 minutes in DRIVE THRU!!!! yes, I just yelled DRIVE THRU!!!! I cannot even give you'll a star!
