I stayed over the summer of 2022 and despite the heat, the park was perfect. The managers were so kind and accommodating at every turn. They really do the best with what they have and there aren't endless HOA-like rules like some parks. The rates and laundry were cheap, electricity was affordable even running my AC 24/7. I like that the park is quiet, removed from the roadways yet easy access to shopping/hospital. My dog and I preferred the large dirt lots rather than endless concrete... you even have access to the Flat Top bike path and hiking trails right from your front door. Through the summer it's inhabited by mostly longer term stays, but I was never disturbed by any short term traffic. My neighbors were so kind, even lent a hand on projects. Would absolutely stay again.
This is NOT a luxury RV resort. It’s not even worthy of having the word ‘Motorcoach’ in its name. It’s a gravel parking lot on top of a ridge - and not even a level one. Landscaping is sparse and zero amenities in your site. No shade, no table, nothing.
Clean, safe, and a very beautiful surrounding. Great location and a comfortable environment. These guys are still under construction but have created a beautiful spot to enjoy anything from an overnight stay to a seasonal stay. Roomy and just some beautiful vistas all around. Showers, laundry, clubhouse, fire pit, picnic areas and more. Also - full hook ups!
The website is very misleading. If you were expecting a beautiful desk you have been duped. It is definitely not family friendly and the managers are very rude. It is a fine place to park your camper trailer or RV, but that is it. You are not allowed to set up a gazebo for shade in one of the hottest and driest state in the country. I would not recommend and do not intend to stay here again.
We were traveling and passing through this area. We stayed one night here. We have a big RV, lot of room for you to move around. Price is good and It works for us.
What a wonderful Oasis in the Nevada desert. As we approached I was under the impression that we had arrived at some exclusive resort that was under development. Come to find out, that was the original plan back in 2006. Alas the developers didn't survive the crash and the park evolved into what it is today, an upscale RV park in a very attractive location with very nice amenities. Everything that survives is quite upscale. The clubhouse has all sorts of fun pool ping pong even a commercial air hockey table. It has very nice clean bathrooms showers and free laundry. Best of all it is nice and cool so you can hang out while your rig cools down. Being up on a hill it overlooks the valley down below and is far enough from the highway there is no highway noise, very peaceful indeed.
This place has a lot of potential, but it feels like perhaps they ran out of money... that being said, what is here is perfect adequate. The price is good, the location is good. Friendly quiet park. I would stay here again.
There is a lot of potential for this place. Their website plans from 2015 dried up along the way as did their flowing fountain river in the middle of the campground. There was no shade. Clean bathrooms/showers! Everything clean and quiet.
Only reason I gave 2 stars was because the place is clean. Sites are HUGE! Great for an overnight on the way to somewhere else. Management was pleasant enough getting us to our site. Note: Not as seen on website. No fountain, no pool,no grass and absolutely nothing to do at park. Not sure about clubhouse because we were staying only 1 night on way to Utah.
Had a great experience for a single night while traveling south. The staff was friendly and responsive when we arrived. This is a gem in the hot part of Nevada north of the Vegas.. without the crime and rude people that are part of the Vegas parks. We do the North/South commute twice a year - and will make this our regular layover spot!
