It’s not everyday you are put in a situation to be in a program like this. For my specific situation it was forced. In the beginning I was skeptical, but now after being almost done with the program I will take the values and knowledge from here and use them to better my life going forward. I can truly say the program has changed me for the good! Amy and Roger are very personable and the group classes, one on ones and therapy’s are amazing!
After successfully completing their program I can say it is a great place to go if you want to recover. This treatment place like any other only gives out what you put in to it. Not making excuses and putting in the work required is how you can be successful here. You are in charge of how treatment goes here, the counclers are your guide. Even if it is a court mandate, they help keep you on track. As an alcoholic, relapse is a part of my story. I was honest with my councler when I did and got the adjusted level of treatment I needed. Amy, my councler, was amazing to work with, she is honest and direct. With out her I would not have successfully completed the program, and continue to be on the road of recovery even after I completed treatment. Amy worked with my schedule for sessions, and adjusted my treatment plan as needed. They have many classes to help fit in to a busy life. Roger was very knowledgeable in the education classes. Brent was helpful and kind up at the front desk. I would recommended this place to anyone who seeks drug and alcohol treatment.
I have tried many different places, and in different states over the past ten years, this facility and one of there most awesome counsel has helped me in ways others have not and I am able to continue with thus process with success where I've failed many times. It's been the only place that I've felt comfortable with even when I've had my own setbacks that where fault of my own. I'll be sad when I complete this because I love the help I've been receiving here. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that WANTs to recover.
Please attention!!!! This is a dangerous service! A councillor, her name is Amy threaten and bullied my grandson during 3 months, when she is hosting a zoom lesson she is suggesting a group membeds that if they feel bad and cant get of triggers they should hang themselfs up! Also she attacked my grandson in a lobby, she was pressering him to sign very strange papers! We called the police that day and opened a case based on her bulling and attacks. Owner said he is not responsable for her actions.
I had not idea how much this enfermedad de el alcoholismo me tenia en sus garras. I am now aware how to manage this dark part of my life and at the same time I am thankful to the people of Solutions Group for opening my eyes so that I could see how much I was missing in my life being free from this decease. Thank you.
Solutions Group NW is one of the better outpatient options you can have. Roger is great, and really cares about his clients. I highly recommend going there for any of your outpatient and/or diversion needs but if you do the diversion, do the "fast track" program, it's only 12 weeks instead of 18.
The program is so amazing and Amy has been so understanding with what I am going through. The gentleman at the front desk has made me feel confortable everytime I have been there. I recommend them to anyone that is in the position I am in. Thank you Mike Ullman
I entered this treatment facility per a court order. I was hesitant to admit that I had substance abuse tendencies. Prior to my admission into treatment had no idea about the detriments of substance abuse. I had learned that I was not only living in addiction but also fully uneducated about my addiction. Thankfully Roger, Sanjay and their team at Solutions Group gave me the tools I need and have been needing for many years. Grateful for facilities like this one.
Solutions group NW IS AFFORDABLE treatment, for anyone seeking help. They are equipped with knowledgeable, and understanding professionals who care!
All they care about is your money. They don't care about anything else. Amy wouldn't or wanted to here about my concerns.
