Somerset Hotel

The place is falling apart. The bathroom was gross - bugs in the tub and on the floor. Moldy tub and sink. Hole in sink. TV didn't work. Walls dirty and paint chipping off. The beds looked clean, but with so many bugs in the room, we weren't chancing it. Left without sleeping there and made the drive back to the city in the middle of the night instead. I think the other reviews might be the owners cousins or something because there's no way it's the same place. Yikes.

Very rough... lights don't work not clean Crack pipe in Is drawer next room over has empty bottles of vodka. Internet works sometimes..Rooms: 1/5

went there around march of 2018. smelt a bit weird. had to adjust the tv ourselves but it worked. bed was okay, comfy. the a/c was LOUD. friendly host, most needs were met. i liked the soda and water on the dresser, nice touch. Sidewalk was very icy and slippery, dangerous and a precaution they should look up on. the bathrooms were decent, pillows soft.

Slightly difficult to make reservations, was told it was "first come, first serve" but eventually managed to make a reservation. The place was clean, had a tv, fridge, and microwave which was nice. There was a locked WiFi but no password given and when went to ask couldn't find anyone. The room smelt a little musty but overall it was a fine stay and the staff was friendly.

There’s even a badminton set up in the old restaurant space! No water slide though.

It was warm bed in the middle of nowhere. Can't really complain about that.
