The hotel itself is okay. The rooms are decent. But that's it. If that's all you need and nothing else then it's good because of the price point. The bad: Because of the price point you'll get less than stellar neighbors that will play music all through the night. If you're on the ground floor you will hear the stomps above. If you're a nonsmoker you might get lucky and get a good room but if you were like me you'd have to tour 3 rooms to find one that doesn't smell like an ashtray. But you’ll still get cigarette smoke come through the vents since people smoke in their units. And if you're unlucky you'll also get a bed where the sheets are so chemically cleaned that it will burn your skin. So you’ll have to call and get new sheets never had that happen before until now Other than that the staff is pretty professional, one of them will go above and beyond, she’s sweet wish I had her name. The rest are fine, the manager Steven is fine albeit on the less pleasant to deal with side. I cancelled the rest of my stay after talking to him about their fluctuating customer service. That conversation fluctuated so much that I realized that it’s from top down. It’s fine for the price. If you can deal with noisy less than savoy neighbors, cigarette smoking through the vents, heavily chemically washed bedding, and almost non-existent customer service then definitely stay here. If you need a little peace and quiet then you’ll have to pay more for that elsewhere like the Hyatt Place up the road.
Rooms are a full suite, furniture is old and filthy. A couple of random items for cooking, zero utensils. Room smelled of smoke, not horrible but a little annoying. Halls and entryways extremely dirty and smelly. Coffee maker was not cleaned out and was full of moldy old grounds. One redeeming factor is beds were comfortable and bedding/towels were clean.
Normally we stay at LivINN down the road from this hotel but we decided for the price to try something with a bigger space. The suites were nice. It was nice to have a kitchen area and TV area. However, As soon as we walked in it reeked of cigarettes Since the pandemic, I come in and wipe down EVERYTHING. It was dirty. Like all they do is straighten up and dust, not sanitize anything. Our toilet seemed to leak at one point. The water pressure in the shower was just okay. I think we'll just stick with LivINN
Rooms are nice. But not ceaned as often as they should. Avoid like the plague on weekends if you want to rest. Seems like parties are the name of the game on weekends. Loud music..if you call, they will have the music turned down, but the stomping and loud voices and running around will not cease until 2-3 a.m. I have been here on and about 4 of the last 5 last weeks. Have another 5 to 6 weeks to go on a work project. Can't stay here through another weekend.
Horrible! Pictures were deceiving to start. Upon arrival, clerk was eating pizza while checking my husband in. First unit door wouldn’t work so they put us in another room. That door didn’t close all the way which was sketchy. The floors were stained and sticky. We wouldn’t walk on them without shoes. The couch was stained and nasty so we had to cover it with a sheet. We left to get dinner and once we returned around dark there were tons of people hanging around outside of their cars drinking and smoking pot. Our room smelled like pot upon our return . We felt it was an unsafe environment for our family, therefore we gathered our things and left. If you have children, this is NOT the place for you. We weren’t sure if we were going to get robbed. We lost out on close to $300/night but leaving there was priceless.
The staff was polite and courteous, except one lady who was just miserable. The pool was shut down for 2 days for cleaning. The room was nice except the smell of rotten milk when you first enter room 124. The fitness center was decent.Rooms: 4/5
Close to the interstate clean rooms we had a 2 bedroom loft. The only thing I'd change about the layout is the king bed is in the loft which essentially gives no privacy to the occupants in the loft and seeing as the king bed would typically be the master bed you'd think it would be down stairs in the bedroom and the 2 twins would be in the loft. Just my opinion though.
Because of the fantastic service that we receiving here. 11689 Chester rd room 113, Sharonville, Ohio 45246. Also, what I found absolutely amazing is that, yesterday, the Sonesta company had a recognition picnic for its employees. That was so positive to see. I'm very proud to live here. Thank you! The 2 BR room/suite was very dirty, very run down. The 2nd BR was in the loft, so no privacy. There were several people just hanging around at all times during the day or night. Would rate it a -5 if I could
