Sonia is compassionately committed to helping others being true to themselves, creating a life of authenticity and living wholeheartedly. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and Master Integrative Coach, and certified Journey Dance(tm) facilitator, Sonia has been privileged for the past 13 years in supporting and guiding others to create the life of their dreams and to fall in love with themselves. Her life experiences including the challenges of motherhood, overcoming emotional traumas of her past, healing a food addiction of 15 years, and living with multiple sclerosis has given Sonia all the wisdom and expertise she needs to help others in freeing themselves from the limited beliefs that has run their lives. She gives them the courage, guidance and tools to be who they were meant to be. Her passion for dancing and movement led her to become a Journey DanceTM Guide where all of her knowledge is brought to the dance floor. She facilitates movers in finding their fullest expression of themselves and embracing their greatest light. Sonia has a beautiful and playful way of making you feel comfortable, let go, release and move into your heart. Her vision is to shift consciousness on this planet so that we can create healing and all make a difference together.
