Took me three times to explain my order to the drive up and they still got my order wrong. Tried to explain it to the person when I was paying and again took me three times to explain a simple order of a plain burger with just ketchup and fries instead of tater tots. They had to re-ring my order twice. I will never go back to this location again.
The service at this Sonic is highly disappointing. We ordered 4 drinks- nothing too fancy- but we sat at the window for over 10 minutes AFTER we paid! It took is almost 25 minutes to even reach the window! The team was disorganized and did not seem to be working together. I have no plans in the future to come back to this Sonic.
I remember sonic when it was great. This time it feels like they are barely getting by. Inflation has hit them hard the food was hot but a big disappointment. I guess the day for sonic is over. My family and I Didn't enjoy this meal. Their drinks are still great.Food: 2/5
We ordered two vanilla cokes. They made us two Vanilla cones then told us after waiting for 15 minutes that it would be an additional 7.00. We left Bad bad service. Customer service does not exist there. Will never go backFood: 1/5
i went to sonic in easley this morning a little before i knew that they opened. when i pulled up someone came over the speaker and stated they didn’t open until 9. there was a car behind me about five mins later… a guy walks around the building and tells the car behind me “we don’t open until 9:30” he then looks at me and says the same thing. I then asked “ so now your not opening until 9:30 “? he said “well 9:00”. I replied and said “ i will just hang out for a few “ this guy rolled his eyes and shook his head at me turned around and walked off. I live across the street from this sonic… and i love there food. but they have lost all my money. Terrible.
Service Friday was so quick it was almost creepy! My sons had never had sonic slushees and we were in a rush but I came through the drive thru and the whole experience didn’t take 2 minutes. They were so happy to have a treat on our drive and I was thankful to still make it on time.
I had no idea it was so hard to get an order ready and get it right! I took them two tries to get my customers order today. I don't know what they did with the drink, but I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to have that hard red thing sticking out of it.
Although getting our food was a little slower than usual, it was hot and fresh. The car hop was super sweet. Will definitely be returning.Food: 5/5
Drive-thru was unusally slow. I was a little disappointed. Tots were good; fries seemed old and dry.
Placed order at drive thru. Attendee didn't get correct. Tried to communicate with attendee. Would not answer me. Went to drive thru window told clerk order was wrong. Clerk said i would have to pay for order then get back in line to order more. Wendys food was great.
