7-8-23 5:30pm Can you tell me what's wrong with this picture? This share idea that they would send something out like this is beyond belief. Not only the bun half the length of the dog, they only put a little toppings in the middle. What burns me up worse, not only did I pay for this food, I actually tip them for this food. I always tip when I go to sonics, But I don't think I will now. The hamburgers were lukewarm at best, the tots were pretty good. the hot dog tasted like room temperature. Now I didn't drive home and eat this. I got it and parked in the next parking lot over. We don't go out much and Sonic is kind of one of my guilty treats but I was so let down, They put a damper on the whole Saturday evening. I'm hoping a manager would correct this situation and make sure they never send food like this again.
The food was OK but just OK. Our visit was on July 4, 2023, between one and 4 PM. There were only two other customers inside. The store. All the burgers were really greasy the fries and tots were OK. They got a couple things on our order wrong everyone ordered Coke or Diet Coke. There was no way to tell which one is which when we asked the guy said, well, just look, Diet Coke is darker than regular Coke, well, OK, I’ve drank both for many years, never saw, or heard that at a restaurant, maybe it’s true we could not tell the difference. Customer Service was very poor and they acted like we were really a huge inconvenience to them for us to be there. There were eight of us, five kids 12 to 6 and three adults, and we spent almost $100 there!! We will never ever make that mistake again at this particular location!!!!!! They need to send their employees to the Sonic in Newton North Carolina. They really know how to treat customers there at that location. Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheel chair accessible
Stopped at this Sonic as I was passing through the area. The service was great the young man that brought out my food was very polite. My food was fresh and hot. I got the Chili Cheese Coney foot long hot dog and chili cheese tater tots and they were delicious. I also got the banana milkshake which was also delicious. The Restaurant was clean. Easy access to the restaurant from the roadway and into the parking lot. The Restaurant was approximately a mile from the Interstate. I will definitely be back again and I highly recommend.
Food was pretty good. I hadn't had Sonic in years. Only had a couple of minor issues. Whomever took the order assumed it was for 1 person, it wasn't, no receipt and even though I was asked sauce types and ordered them, the gentleman at the window seemed to have a difficult time understanding why I wanted to know if my sauces & ketchup were in the bag, they were not but he rectified it. We did up with tots in one order not fries. We'll live. Silly things I know, still food was fine.
Freshly made! Delicious Oreo blast and my daughter loved her grape slushy. They tore down our Sonic so this was a treat for us! Friendly customer service!!!Food: 5/5
This is the 2nd time I’ve went to this sonic, sat in the drive thru and waited with nobody ever coming to the speaker box. First time i waited 10mins before leaving but it was late evening and I didn’t have any cars behind me, but today it was only 2:30pm and I waited 7mins before driving off because there were 2 other cars behind me and my anxiety made me leave. I don’t usually make reviews but I’m 26 weeks pregnant and this literally made me cry cravings suck but do better. I’ve never had any actual problem other than nobody ever wants to take my order
This is an excellent Sonic Drive-In location depending on what time of day you stop in. You can find a mean burger, chicken sandwich, salads, corn dogs, fries, tater tots, and many more fun menu items. They also have one of the tastiest dessert menus with milkshakes, ice cream, and more. Also don't forget they're delicious drinks including my personal favorite, the ocean water. This location also has handicap accessible parking.
Sonic. Food is not as good as it used to be there service is ok it just depends on how busy they are. I don't think that they should let anybody on the kitchen if they don't work there. When we were up there last night we seen them let two people in the kitchen that didn't work there with street cloths on shorts on and candles and tank tops I don't think that is a uniform Parking: They have several parking stalls if the employees are not parked in them. Which I think that employees should park in the other parking spaces and leave the stalls for there customers
I stopped by this location with a couple of friends. When we went through the drive thru, we were told to hold on. Assuming the store had been busy, we happily waited. This wait turned into quite a long one. We originally wanted to place two separate orders but after the first was completed, before I had a chance to say anything, I was hurriedly told to pull around. We attempted to tell them before pulling forward, we had another order. No one would come back to the speaker. Finally, I pull forward after realizing no one was concerned we were still sitting there. The cashier opened the window and blurted out my total and was obviously triggered by me having another order. I told him we attempted to order it at the speaker but he cut me off. He asked what the second order was and shut the window as soon as I was done ordering. We again waited for quite a long time while all of the employees joked and threw things around the kitchen. The cashier was complaining to his coworkers when he opened the window again and while I can’t be sure it was about us, there was no one else in line behind or in front of us he could have been talking about. He rudely gave us the second order and kept telling us we would need to wait for the first order. After finally getting all of our food, he apathetically told us to have a good one and shut the window. There was no reason for the staff to behave in such a rude manner. My friends and I were all uncomfortable and left feeling put off by this experience.
First time visiting this location. The service was quick & friendly. The restaurant was very updated. All I ordered was a strawberry lemonade slushie, it was very tasty and refreshing.
