The people who work here literally don’t know the difference between a lime or a lemon. Had a tea remade 2 times and the cook argue that the limes they put in my tea were lemon wedges. Two completely different fruits, one green one yellow.. one is small one is large. Got laughed at after tipping $4 and spent $5 on a damn tea that tasted like lime. Finally gave up and got a refund. A couple weeks before this I got a half sweet and half unsweetened tea from this location and they made me a half sweet tea half water drink instead..
I've had it happen twice where the bottom of my cup was slit just enough to not be leaking when they hand it to you but it'll leak all over the cup holder in the car on the way back to work. Maybe a conspiracy theory; they reserve those cups for the customers they want to dump on!Food: 4/5
They messed up my order once. And had to redo my order because they chraged me extra. Then 2nd when they forgot a patty and then just handed me one. No just remake my burger and then came out after i asked for it to be remade came back woth the same burger which im sure is againt the regulations for food then im out here tryin to get my burger right i work tonight as a 12 hr shift in the 110 heat and want a burger.
Quick service and drink were heavy on flavor but made for a perfect drink when the ice started to melt a little. They did an excellent Pink Lady drink!Food: 5/5
Sonic has shrunk the size of the food but charging more money. Not the franchise fault for the prices though. For example the Large Fries/ Tots are more like a medium now. Last time I went the carton was half full making it a small tots but I paid large tots price. This was more due to a lack of attention of the employee. They corrected the issue after I drove back to get what I paid for.
Had a craving for popcorn chicken so decided to order on the app when I got off work! It was SUPER fast and the quality was pretty good! Sonic has always been a fav of mine, definitely recommend!Food: 4/5
I live right down the street so I thought going to this Sonic would be convenient- wrong. The night shift has always been a problem when I’ve gone through. I thought I’d give them another try tonight & I’m sorry I did. I just spent 15 minutes in the drive through waiting for 2 blasts. No food or other items. The girl making them was busy talking to the guys in the back and texting on her phone after she mixed my blasts up, while she let them sit on the counter before she got done with her conversations and decided to throw them away. Then another girl made them again. I paid for extra Oreo and didn’t get it either. Horrible customer service
This place puts our Sonic to shame. The BBQ sauce was hot sweet with crispy chicken. The chili cheese tots were devoured. We didn't order enough.Food: 5/5
Really slow service, even for being sort of busy. The wait at the drive through window was longer than the trip to there and back home. I don't exactly live up the road. Saving grace was that the young lady at the drive through window was very nice.Food: 4/5
it's a Sonic... this one is special though as they almost always get half of the order wrong. it's on the board correctly, it's on the receipt correctly, it's not in the bag correctly. for example, chocolate shake may be a strawberry. and... why no malts? I want a malt!
