Come to get food and an ocean water before work. Pushed the button and waited 15 mins before anyone took my order cause they were two busy playing around. Slapping each other with towels. Guy finally took my order and I couldn’t even hear him. Wanted onion rings but yet again they are out. This makes the third time this month they didn’t have anyone. Need to get rid of the kids and put some people who want to work in there. Service was horrible.
By far the worse sonic I have ever been to in my life. Horrible management, employees need to be re-trained and some type of adult supervision for kids running the business.. complaint was filed and I was robbed of my money in my eyes.. SONIC OF BROOKHAVEN,MS YOU RECEIVE A "F" YOU MISSED THE ASSIGNMENT...AT THE END OF THE DAY YOU HAD 1 JOB AND YOU FAILED
Waited 17 minutes after pressing the red button and my order was still never taken. Didn't expect much else in Brookhaven. Update: ordered ahead and app. Two drinks and a pretzel. Arrived, checked in, and waited 26 minutes before pressing the red button and asking if I had been forgotten. My order was brought out immediately, as if it had been sitting the whole time. My drink was watered down and disgusting. My primary reason for going was to get a drink for my wife. I'm on the way home with it now, and if I arrive and it's watered down too, I'll update this review to feature that. Update may 6th, 2023 Bacon double cheeseburger contained a long hair. Tots soggy, no salt, and they didn’t bring out the condiments I ordered
They rarely get the size of my order right, I have to ask for “extra” candy in the blasts because they will barely put any otherwise. Also, my order was given to the wrong vehicle. The carhop brought it straight from that vehicle to mine. I don’t know if that person took a bite from it or not. So not only did I pay extra for a size I didn’t want, I don’t even want to eat it for reasons stated above.
I went too sonic Friday night and ordered a ocean water but instead I got some carbonated water with blue food coloring. Will never go there again. Change your syrup not hard too do. Garbage
Simply ordered a grilled cheese and a regular total and had to wait 20mins. This place has gotten SUPER SLOW over the last couple of years.Food: 4/5
Awful customer service. Got the order wrong and didn’t even take the time to fix it. Just ignored me when I said my order was wrong. Won’t be back.Food: 3/5
Used app to order. Did not have to wait long at all and food was hot. Carhop was friendly but there were no napkins or condiments that were ordered on app in the bag!
We had to throw away our hamburger and fries! The hamburger tasted like it had soap in it, and the fries were overdone and cold. My chocolate milk shake had a crushed up peanut in the bottom of it.Food: 1/5
It's a nice location and they get my order right most of the time, so not bad
