I was 1 of 4 cars there and after I hit the button to place my order I waited for 5+ minutes and nobody had taken my order, however, they did provide entertainment when about 2 or 3 of them came outside to see horses their buddies had let out of the horse trailer! These kids are lousy employees and that's being nice. When I was leaving they had the exit blocked and the one guy wouldn't get out of the way. Once they saw I wasn't stopping, they finally moved. This was the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced!
We ordered 1 Route 44 Cherry Limeade w/extra cherries & said to them I understand if you charge for those.. please add them..also ordered a Route 44 Coke, onion rings & Chili-Cheese tots. All was cooked right & tasted good. NOT ONE SOLITARY CHERRY OR LIME IN MY CHERRY LIMEADE.. Grow up, make a minuscule effort or be decent enough to say, “Can you order something simpler” if it’s outside your wheelhouse
Product wise this is a great location. They make a great blast. However, the three stars is for the pitiful state of the stalls. It’s hard to find a screen that works.
Would give it no star if I could. The drive thru was not busy for a Friday evening, about 8 or 9. Ordered a ft long coney got home only to realize that the hot dog must have been cooked hours before, it was like rubber. My wife order a fish sandwich which she could not even eat, it was nasty and cold..I should of known better because this has happened before. Stay as far way from this place as u can. Your wasting your money.
love sonic but the workers here do not care abt how late you get your food. i sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes, then they proceeded to tell me my order didn’t exist AFTER i had paid for it, laughed in my face, and got my order wrong. they also ate their last pretzel twist after i had ordered one and told me they had run out. ruining sonic for me
We had to ask for more condiments some should have been inferred. Like marina with cheese sticks, ketchup with fries I guess they bag differently then when I managed at a sonic years ago...possibly to save on food costs. So overall didn't ruin the experience or anything Food: 5/5
Why do the employees gotta sit outside and act like little kids hollering and screaming. The older lady that brought us our food was only one car hopping and she did a wonderful job.
I ordered a number 11 and clearly stated I want bbq sauce didn’t get that and only got one onion ring the food was not good the one onion ring was so hard it almost broke my toothFood: 1/5
We went and ordered two small blasts and a small sundae. I paid with a card. We waited 40 minutes. I had to leave without getting our ice cream because we were going to be late to a meeting. The kids were very disappointed and I lost $13.
Normally sonic has pretty decent hamburgers but today I was not impressed at all, the buns were wet to the touch the mayo was dripping off the sides and when I picked it had a string of questionable liquid spanning from the foil that it was wrapped in connecting to the burger. Not to mention the smell wasn’t appetizing either, Needless to say I tossed it and went to Wendy’s where I should have went to begin with. The first picture is from Sonic the second is from Wendy’s so maybe they can take notes on how you present your food to customers.
