DoorDashers and DoorDash customers alike, three words: AVOID. THIS. LOCATION. They didn't have my customer's order, but instead of asking to see it, they refused to make it and told me to "just report it to DoorDash." Except I can't really do that as a Dasher as I'm technically supposed to still get the customer's food one way or another. When I finally pulled up to a stall, they were STILL adamant on NOT making my customer's order until I had to put it in myself and charge it to MY card. To add insult to injury, their shake machine was down so convenient right? so the customer had to go without their Sonic Blast. Luckily I was able to let DoorDash know about THAT so the customer could get their refund. Eventually I got the food and delivered it, but I'm sure they must've been moping and groaning inside that kitchen having to make the customer's DoorDash order considering the lady didn't sound too happy I was still insisting on putting it in as I had to do per DoorDash policy, because they were slow as molasses in making it too. Not terribly sure I'll be back at this location anytime soon if at all. Especially for DoorDashing.
It's a nice place next to WPAFB. Eaten here maybe 3 to 4 times. Always polite service. Sonic is the place I go to when I want a full meal for just under $10. A good beefy burger #2, tater tots, and a drink does it every time. Just wish the lines were quicker, but it is a really popular place so it figures.
They don't bring your order to stalls unless you order ahead from the app. They say it's because they are short staffed, but have been doing it for a while. Kind of ruins the atmosphere. The food is always Sonic good, though, so no biggie.Food: 5/5
Everytime we come here, there's an issue. Short staffed, out of food, ice cream machine doesn't work. And the wait is always an eternity. It's always a waste of time and gas coming here. Do better, Sonic!
Ordered a supersonic cheeseburger no ketchup add jalapenos, large Dr. Pepper and fries with my meal.I received a supersonic cheeseburger WITH ketchup a COKE and about a HALF an order of and they were old. I go to this Sonic all the time never a problem. I Door Dashed it today and all kinds of problems. The Door Dasher was Great!! No problem with her. Very pleasant, smiled, and nice
The staff here really have gone above and beyond for me each time I’ve been there. Service may be slow at times but they’re so understaffed and doing the best they can. I placed an order thru DoorDash and forgot to request no Mayo or ketchup and when I called they were nice enough to modify it for me no problem! Thank you! Slow and poor customer service. Placed an order for two drinks pulled into one of the ports and after 10 minutes overheard from another customer they were only doing drivethrough...
At this point it's my own fault that I keep going back not sure how this place stays open with the amount of cars that leave before getting to the window to pay. Only place slower is Wendy's. In a world where Chick-fil-A exists this is unacceptable.Food: 1/5
Literally wanted one drink and a bag of ice. In line for longer than any sane person would have stayed because of staffing and then the ice machine "was not working well enough to make bags of ice". First time to Sonic in 10 years and wow....
