Always good service for me and my service dog. He gets weekly 1/2 price cheeseburgers. He eats the meat, cheese and bottom bread and I eat the rest. Good times!
Update to my previous review: They have a entirely new management team that has turned this place around. The manager and assistant actually care about the customer...finally a staff that cares....food is better, car hops are friendlier. Give them a shot. Things have gotten so much better. When you go to a location and wait over 10 minutes and no one responds....you see employees sitting in the parking lot chatting away while still open. No service
Food was good, waitress was great, but the method of ordering from the dining room was awful. Plus, I requested the foot long to be cut in half for my friend who is a stroke survivor. Someone in the kitchen refused to do it and sent a knife instead. They were not busy or else I would have understood the behavior. So sad.
I didn't get a meal there but I did get a drink and I did not care for The Taste honestly it tasted like their carbonation filter have not been cleaned out. But I'm pretty sure it was I just did not like the taste of my cherry limeade. And I had already sent her in wants to get a different one and I didn't want to send her in for a third one so I just took it
I ordered 6 slushes during happy hour but their clock was not set properly so it was very fast, therefore, I got charged the normal price. The manager got smart with me and was saying that I could switch them to smalls or mediums and that would be half price. I order the same thing every time. The manager said to pay what I normally pay and she would just pay the rest out of her own pocket. My frozen lemonade was so sour that I I couldn't even drink it.
Waited over 15 minutes to get 3 milkshakes. Car behind me gets a full bag of food plus 2 drinks walked to him before the 2 cars in front of me got anything, including the truck in front of me who had ordered only 1 milkshake. 5 minutes later and still 3rd in line. Did not wait, left. Refuse to reward a business with my money for stupendously bad service.
Staff is fantastic ! 3rd in line at the drive through and waitress came out to bring me my order. Cut my wait time in half . GREAT! Food always hot and good. Been there many time and order is never wrong . Stop in. You'll be glad you did.
Good place to eat. They forgot my chili cheese tots when I first made my order but I let em know, and they came back out with it within a couple minutes .. waiter was very nice and made sure to check up on us often. Was a little pricey but it’s a good bit of food for the price and it was fresh when it came out.
I don’t typically leave reviews but I stopped by today to get myself and my daughter some quick lunch at the statesville location. The lady running the window, I believe her name was Ellie, was so friendly and really took the time to connect with me by complimenting me on my jacket and asking me several times if I needed anything else with my order. You rarely have good experiences at fast food chains, especially in statesville, so it was a refreshing change to what I’m used to experiencing around here. You can tell she truly enjoys people and that’s the type of employee that can make the guest experience unique and keep them coming back.
Worst Sonic experience ever! I pulled in and parked, but after hitting the call button twice with no response we went to the drive thru. Waited for 5 minutes for the driver thru person to start taking orders. There we 2 cars ahead of us at this point. After finally ordering we waited 15 minutes and left. Making matters worse the guy 2 cars ahead of us still had not gotten his food. But a car 2 behind us had his food walled out to him!!! Never again will I vist that sonic!
