Sonoma County Indian Health Project, Inc., which was established in 1971, is a modern ambulatory health care center offering high quality health care to the American Indian communities of Sonoma County and the South coastal area of Mendocino County.
Our service include comprehensive medical, dental, mental health, social services, environmental health, nutritional services, health education an pharmacy services. We offer a WIC program, two Senior nutrition meal programs and a wide range of special events throughout the year, which focus on health promotion and disease prevention.
