I have lived at this place for 9 years, and my house is satisfactory, but the management is, to put it simply, CRUEL. While the old manager was fine, the new one is extremely rude. Also, her grandson is very troubled, and makes me ASHAMED to live here. My children were HARASSED and CHASED by that delinquent, and were CRYING and scared to DEATH when they found me after this dreadful incident. I don't want to get into the horrible details of this incident, but to say the least, I would never wish this to happen on anyone, not even the worst of criminals. My children are traumatized, and I have even considered asking a therapist friend of mine for help. I would move away, but due to my financial issues, I have no choice but to stay in this horrendous park. While I would love to give this park 0 stars, I have no choice but to give it 1, but 1 star does not represent this park in any way.
My family lived at southeast mobile home park for over 30 years. The management was corrupt the assistant management was corrupt. . Both still to date fowl and corrupt . They are prejudice and always making up rules that they themselves do not follow. I would never purchase a home in this park unless you move it out. Best of luck.
Since the date PG&E upgrades the electrical meters, about 2017, the streets around the residents are horrific. As of today, the park owner has not performed its duty per contract. Cracks everywhere. The prior owner has street cleaning service and also coating it on an annual basis. But I haven't seen that in 5 years.
I lived there many years. The management and assist. MGMT are corrupt. It is sick what games they play with other people's lives and homes. The management and owner are corrupt. The management falsely accused myself and my elderly mother of not paying the space rent the checks were sent registered mail.And they held thw 2 months payment and sent us a late notice. They threatened eviction and charged a late fee. The management also refused to provide the name and contact information of the mobile home park owner. Breaking the law once again. There have been several homes sold under false disclosure of park amenities...THE POOL HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR 4 YEARS !!!!! These people are are lying and trying to intimidate residents....please call department of housing...if you have been victimized!!!!

The Manager, and her grandchild Georgie have attempted multiple times to frame visitors for running over Georgie and thier pet with your personal car.
the managers daughter is a hooker and she will steal your rent check and make you get evicted like my family i have 4 dogs my mother grandmother and we are living in our car thanks to the managers daughter im not going to name names cause im not going to die from this post
