I have always had complete faith in my experience with Dr.Jeff Yergler he is so Good with Patience with Arthritis I trust him with my life. Dr.Jeff explains very thoroughly your condition and your treatment plan and after surgery he is there.The staff Nurses are very helpful through whole time.
As a doctors office, it gets a 5 star rating. People are nice, good medical care, clean, etc. Waiting on the phone for 30 minutes for them to answer a question, ZERO stars.
The receptionist was super friendly. I feel like I was running late, but I still didn't have to wait long. Got in for x-rays perdy quickly. Enjoyed the friendliness bantering with the technician, way funny and super nice. Dr. Eash didn't take long either. He listened attentively to my situation and was non judgmental. He seemed really sincere about getting me back to right again. I was in and out within an hour, but didn't feel rushed. Nice and comfortable environment.
Dr. Ratigan and his staff were very pleasant to work with. Surgery isn’t an easy thing, and they made the whole process pretty smooth and easy. Dr. Ratigan is very knowledgeable and kind, and will do whatever it takes to get his patients back to where they need to be. Highly recommend going to see him if you experience knee issues!
Ruptured my peck and needed surgery. Dr. McGregor was able to get me in 2 days after reviewing my MRI. Though still early in the healing process I’m pleased with my recovery rate and scar. While being prepped for surgery I somewhat jokingly asked all the nurses if he was any good. 3 of 3 said he was very good and he’s who they would go to if they needed surgery. He’s direct in his diagnosis and recommendation which I appreciated. If you’re seeing him good chance you’re experiencing something new and unpleasant. This made for an easy decision and he did hope to never have anything to compare it to a great job. Thanks Doc
Dr. Flynn is so wonderful, kind, and caring. He had to deliver news about a season ending injury to my son and did it with careful thought and compassion. I’m very grateful to him and his staff for not only the thorough and attentive medical care they provided but the concern they provided as well.
Dr Kim and his team are wonderful. Dr Kim took his time to discuss my concerns. The x-ray tech was pleasant and told me what to expect. The girls that helped the Dr were pleasant and professional. This Dr and his team are the best.
My visit with Dr. Ratigan was excellent. He was extremely informative, professional, and charismatic. The reason for a 4 star rating is based on not being seen until more than an hour after the appointment time. However, the wait was well worth the insight and knowledge I gained from Dr. Ratigan. I will also commend the staff at the clinic. Every person with whom I came into contact was courteous and congenial. Very impressive experience.
The therapy place upstairs is great. Downstairs will act like your not supposed to be there if you have to wait for a ride. Been here so many times already. Sick of people coming up do you belong are you a patient. Get it together people. Just came in today 11-28-22 Lady behind the front desk gonna bother us you going up stairs for therapy umm duh yes. If not we would have stopped and spoke to you. Coming here does not feel welcoming or inviting when staff and security are always questioning you about why your here. Like I'm an able bodied adult I don't need you stopping me to ask if I'm going upstairs. The upstairs people are great.
The customer service is amazing and always have been! And Dr. Ratigan is always very professional and kind. He made my daughter feel very comfortable and talked to her and explained things in her terms. He made sure she understood everything also. He’s our favorite!
