If i could this joint a zero i would. Clerk receptionist very rude and unprofessional. How the hell she has a job? Go figure... South Euclid is low class city with slum landlords. Looking rent? Look elsewhere. Raggedy streets and trashy neighboors. Court has no protocol or organization whatsoever
They can make it so hard for you just to get your stuff back together with all the difficult proceedings, they will reschedule you court date. Real judge is never there and they always have a substitute that doesn’t care, you just want to get everything taken care of sloppy slow and time consuming service
I don't understand why no one can ever answer the phone, I paid my fines over the phone, it has been over two weeks for them to call me back with a court date but yet they still haven't nor have they sent anything in the mail.......I just don't understand the courts and the govt. right now everything sucks even before covid this was an issue.
For those Not Aware - Court Staff is NOT there to give you legal advise. if you need legal advise you need to hire your own attorney. If you do not want to wind up in court than indeed obey the law and pay your bills. that will keep you out of civil or criminal courts.
Judge Williams-Byers and PO Ms Martin have been more than fair and patient with me. I have been having a rough time in life the last few years and to say they are willing to work with me is an understatement. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Thank you.
Very rude when answering the phones, Also, when asking questions Relevant to the case they have attitudes and when you need to talk to a specific person they cop a attitude and don't call or answer you back. They messed up and mailed something to the wrong address when i gave them updated information and want to charge me when they messed up!! they all need to have they're customer service and attitudes fixed or need to be fired!!!! wouldn''t go to this court if i didn't have my car damaged.
THEE worst court I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I Got a ticket the night before and had to be to court the following day but I had a funeral and called to reschedule and they denied me charging a fine. This Court is against the people and overly abuse it’s authority. Terrible non justice system
Horrible service from court staff. I called to ask a question and was cut off within seconds and asked to get to the point. If you're having heat issues in your rental, they make you wait 30 full days to escrow rent. They clearly do not care about their community.
HAD a 7 yr old ticket that they sent to collections..TAKES FOREVER IN A DAY to get registeration block released..The judge spends the public money on lavish conference trips..BE PREPARED TO WAIT AND WAIT SOME MORE
