live arrival guarantee is valid only if you pick up at your local fed ex hub
all doa claims must be filed in writing with photographs within the hour of receipt
health of animal is guaranteed if you are not satisfied with the health of you animal you must submit you claim within 24 hours. otherwise i will assume you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
payment plans
payment plans will be accepted with a minimum deposit of 25% down
with a structured payment plan fitting your needs. all animals under $500 will need to be paid off within 6 weeks under $250 will be 4 weeks unless otherwise stated.
if you are late by more than 2 days on a payment you will be charged an additional 10% on your payment if you are more than a week late your deposit and previous payments are forfeited.
and please before you purchase a new animal do your research on housing, care and feeding. while i am more than happy to answer all of your questions. an animal is a commitment for the life of your new pet and you need to know all you can before bringing one home. to ensure that you are able to meet your new pets requirements.
