Called the police station for assistance with someone threatening my life. All they did was transfer me to another station and said there’s nothing she can do for me, it’s not her jurisdiction, called the station that she told me to, they transferred me back to her. Neither one would help me and are fine with just letting me be killed .

Everytime I've needed help they are there. They've never been rude or dismissive. They've always arrive in 10 minutes or less. I love South Houston Police. Thank you for all you do.

Had an unexpected experience just now with the police department.  Whomever answered the phone was extremely rude. I called to ask a question and the officer that answered didnt give me his name just told me that they have nothing to do with it and hung up on me. That was not any type of service much less any help. They need to practice work Ethics!!! How RUDE!!!
