Worst experience at this office. Front desk lady does not give you enough time to explain your concerns or issues. She does not fully listen & says unprofessional remarks. I called asking about billing issue she blurs out "Oh your father bill will never go down" very unprofessional to say. We requested to get transferred to Dr. Lee & she neglected to transfer our call. Dr. Lee is always in a rush & does not fully listen. My father before walking out of this office should have time to ask questions so he's able to make well-informed decisions about his treatment. Also my father was not explained in his primary language of a procedure he had to get done. He went to his appt. & was completely confused which made him very upset. Explaining to a patient where they fully understand is a very important step so they understand why they are recommending a particular procedure/treatment. YOUR HEALTH IS TOO IMPORTANT TO FEEL CONFUSED OR UNINFORMED. This made us NOT feel confident in Dr. Lee abilities & second-guess his judgement. My father was discharged from this place & now will be seeing a urologist Dr. who truly cares about his patients health.

Dr. Lee and staff were all very pleasant and attentive to me and in my observations. Dr. Lee is very thorough, informative, and has an impressive career in research and patient care. I highly recommend

I have to say that Dr Lee is extremely nice and very informative. However there is a girl at desk when checking in that’s completely rude when you arrive or even call. Not sure what her name is, but will be finding out on my next visit!! I called the office yesterday because I got an email about my pathology from a procedure I had last week. I had a question about report so I called… Well the miserable girl answered the phone and was so ignorant. Asked me if I had a follow up visit. I explained I am scheduled for February and didn’t know I needed a follow up visit. Figured a nurse or the dr would call about the results.. She said we don’t do that, you need to make a follow up appointment. Rudely transferred me & I got a voicemail. I stated I needed an appointment. Here it is another day later and no call back! I’ve had cancer before and my report states something that I don’t understand… I will be calling again tomorrow! Not happy with her at all, acts like the patients are bothering her.. Dr Lee is amazing though..

Most incompetent staff. Sat there for over 1 hour while others that had later appointments than me get taken in within 15 minutes. It’s a shame because Shakira was most helpful and very kind when checking me in. The rest apparently don’t care because they must have egos bigger than Montana. It wasn’t until I left that they beat my phone up…guess they realized dollar signs left. They had Shakira do their dirty work.

Dr Lee and his staff are awesome! Never feel like we are bothering them. The front desk people greet everyone with enthusiasm. The nurses are always willing to answer any question we had. Dr Lee made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions no matter if we thought it was a 'stupid' question and wasn't sure about asking it.

Unbelievable experience, been Dr Lee’s pt for 10yrs. Staff is awesome,… they call me by my name when I walk-in. We’ve build such a relationship between pt and Dr that after reviewing any medical reports Dr Lee and staff inquiry about family. The Lord used Dr Lee to save my life , my family and I are so grateful for his staff and his professionalism. Thanks guys!! Luis García

Best Urologist around! Excellent Care from Dr. Christopher Lee and Staff. I would highly recommend this place. My brother and I have been established patients for quite a while and are very pleased with the outcome of every office visit. Dr. Lee is very thorough, knowledgeable, skilled, and will help resolve your urological conditions that you may have.

Office is run very timely. People are great, Dr. Lee takes the time to explain everything. He us also very easy to understand.

Always pleasant - all staff. Dr Lee is always kind, courteous, and professional. My problems were dealt with immediately. The office is always clean. I highly recommend the Axonics device for OBS.

I was very satisfied with this visit. Dr Lee explained all the procedures that I should have done and explained the details of each. Appointments were made for each. His staff were very professional and knowledgeable. Over all I am very pleased and would highly recommend him.
