South Loop MRI

I had a very wonderful experience here getting an MRI done! The center operations manager Maria was very kind and accommodating as well as the rest of the staff when I was late due to traffic. They did a great job getting me through the whole process and making sure that I was well taken care of in a timely fashion. While I did not get their names, the lab technician and the nurse on duty to do the IV were very professional, supportive and calming. They made the MRI part of the experience very easy. I would definitely recommend this location if you need to get an MRI done! Attached is a picture of the entrance to their suite once you go through the main doors to the building.

Super helpful and friendly staff. From the receptionist all the way up to Center Operations Manager. Heather tech was very knowledgeable and friendly made the CT experience non-anxiety provoking! Would recommend this center to anyone who needs MRIs or CTs any radiology they offer!

Had an appointment today and was in and out like clockwork. Maria Parada was so nice and got my paperwork in order so I could be seen quickly. Karen was the tech that did my appointment she was sweet and nice so the name don't fit her lol. Thanks you for the help....

I had to get an MRI today and Rita and Daniella are AMAZING. Daniella was so comforting as i was nervous going into the machine! She stayed in the room with me and calmed me down immediately. Rita made sure that I was always comfortable, and made sure that my scan was completed efficiently. The front desk receptionists were so polite as well. I had no issues at this facility, I would recommend anyone to visit this place for medical imaging!!!!!!!!!!

I took my mother for an MRI on Friday, May 6th and I have to say that their attitude, attention, service, and patience was INCREDIBLE, OUTSTANDING. My mother is a disabled elderly person and the staff was EXTREMELY HELPFUL in assisting her and me with my mother. This is the style of service that is EXTREMELY RARE to find in Houston nowadays; it was simple and, by default, Upscale. That was our Experience and we vouch for it. Thank you Maria, Diana, and the rest of the staff.

I was referred to the American Health Imaging facility at 2616 S loop West, Suite 170A Houston TX 77054 by my PCP. Upon my arrival, I was greeted with a warm welcome by Ms. Maria Parada. My appointment had not been notated from the previous day and they have no availability for me. This facility is about 1 hour away from home and I quickly became discouraged. Instead of turning me away or rescheduling me, Ms. Parada stated that they would try their best to work me into a morning that was completely booked - and she did just that. Once I gotten to the back, the technician amazed me with her customer service as well. This staff is compromised of ladies who understand the value of customer service and going above and beyond job descriptions. I am so grateful for the respect I was shown during my visit. I would highly recommend this location to ANYONE! I am highly impressed with Everyone from the front office to the examination rooms and how they handle themselves with grace, tenacity, and elegance.

The staff was friendly. Maria was extremely helpful and translated in Spanish for my mother. The wait time was great. Their services were amazing as well as the price with pay out of pocket. Definitely recommend them for your medical services.

Staff was very friendly and responsive to all request. Went for a CT scan and got results back less than 24 hours. Highly recommend.
