Everyone was so helpful when my sister had surgery. The Dr's. And nurses took the time to explain things. Up dates came often and I knew what was going on at all times . Thank you everyone for the jobs you all do. Ut is very much appreciated. Would like to see some color in the nurses hair. Makes for smiles on your face

Don't Count on getting your money back for over payment. At the time of my services 4 procedures in a 2 month period I told them and showed them I had met my out of pocket for the year. However, I made a "Good Faith Payment" . I was told would be returned to me in 6-8 weeks. That was in September. It is now March and I have called repeatedly and they have notes on file that I am due a refund. However, I continue to get the run around them saying they need to review because the account has over payment from both the insurance company and me, the customer. I have been told this several time. I cant get a refund check. With this new information about over payment of insurance I will be informing the insurance company as well. At the time of service they also stated my co-payment amount was 3xs what really would be my portion. This is what they refuse to return to me. As to the facility it is nice and clean. The staff, nurses, assistants, anesthesiologist, and physicians are very kind and patient. I actually looked forward to going when I have multiple procedures schedules. I think the facility itself is great, however, the billing department could use MUCH improvement.
The cleanliest of the center and the medical staff deserve 5 stars. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone from the Business Office as they overcharged me by 6x and I would like my money back. My next stop will be BBB.
Fantastic care from start to finish. I had never had any surgery before and I was very nervous going into it even though I am a medical professional myself. I had a scope here in February 2018 and then a weight loss procedure a month later and both experiences in the MH Surgery Center were fantastic and exceeded my expectations! They made sure I was comfortable. They kept me calm even though my anxiety was high. They were so caring. I will always go here for surgery if I ever need another one!
I cannot speak for patient care but I was extremely disappointed in the lack of updates for family. We are not currently allowed in the waiting room but I was told I would receive updates about my husband’s surgery which I received 0. I finally had to locate a phone number myself and call. This is inexcusable to leave family members in the dark and not communicate updates as expected. Since I called and complained, I am now getting recovery updates but there needs to be improvements made in family communication at this surgical center.
I had an outpatient surgery here yesterday and from start to finish it was by far the best experience I could have asked for. From the get well card from the surgery team to the follow up phone call to check on me today it was all top notch. I would highly recommend this facility and their staff to anyone!
Sorry, my review is for 7515 Main St. I don't know how to delete this one. Same problem as others. I also made a good faith payment that wasn't required, and no one will answer the phone or emails.
