I have always had problems with this but this last one takes the cake. And for the snooty B!¢TH @$$ receptionist who asked me "well who said it was the wrong dosage" I said because its way too high to be giving my 3yr old 7.5ml / 400mg per 5ml of amoxicillin and definitely too high to be giving my 3 yr old 10ml/ 100mg per 5L of ibuprofen. And you know why because I'm his mother. Parents please read your child's medication dosage and directions carefully as the nurse practitioner my kids saw tried to "accidently overdose my 3yr told". Luckily I read and caught this Dr error other wise it could have ended badly for my 3yrold son.
Not once but twice now ive been offended by the woman who works the front desk. I was warned not to go to this office for this exact reason. If you do not have any compassion and or patience when doing your job, then maybe you are in the wrong field of work. Coping an attitude simply because you are busy is not okay. The doctors we have seen here have been fantasic however the front desk is just poorly ran. I will be finding a new doctors office asap.
