Good overall experience. Remember you are on island time. Staff is very nice. They have a telemedicine experience most of the week with a doctor in Brownsville. Nice to be able to stay on the island if you are dealing with cold, fever, etc.
I have tried going here twice for emergencies and both times there was no nurse or doctor on-site!! What is the purpose of having a walk in clinic if there is no staff to serve you? Today the receptionist said the nurse wouldn’t be in until next week.
Run, don't walk away from this predatory clinic!!! It took 5 visits at $5000 for imaging and tests to diagnose my Wife's bronchial pneumonia. Had to order the Dr to listen to her chest!!! Guess what the Dr owns the imaging practice here and Brownsville...:-... Oh yes Google the Dr's name and reviews then decide your self.
November 2018- The nurse was nice, but I thought I was going to see a real dr. not one on a computer that never really looked at me. Paid for a prescription for an over the counter medicine. Heck, I could have done that myself and not wasted my time or money.
Took 3 hours for a doctor who wasn't even here in person to see me even though I was the only patient. All around horrendous experience. If you value your time and sanity, choose a different clinic.
I went to this clinic and made them my primary doctor they never gave me my referrals to see my specialist after a month of calling the person in charge with no result they ordered all these test because they said i had renal failure then after everything they said i was fine i went up north and got injured i spent 7 days in the hospital then when i was released the hospital faxed all my treatment instructions to my primary the hospital didn't even want to release me unless I had a primary that would take care of my wounds and everything i spent 40 hours on the road back from portland maine and straight to my doctors office only to find they scheduled me with a pa. And she couldnt write my prescriptions and didnt even have anything ready ect she was still focusing on stuff from a month ago then the problem at hand my advice stay away from this clinic and their other one in Brownsville's these pepole dont get anything right they pad your bill and insurance as much as they can and in the end they dont fix anything I guess thats why i always see new workers that should tell you something right there i should have never made them my primary doctor all the months that went by and i had something very wrong with me and all these test and i went i time to a emergency dept in another state for a injury and they found several problems think before you go to this clinic what is your life worth to you and time is one thing you can get back. Especially for other pepoles stupidity and greed.
I don't believe anyone within this business is qualified.. if they are at work they never answer their phones... They discuss other patients publicly.
I have been twice with the same poor results. You get to wait in the examination room for an hour past your appointment, examination is poor with no detail and test equipment doesn't work. Don't waste your time with this place.
Well first of all, they need to have accurate postings about their hours on line. Especially in a tourist community where people are less familiar with their surroundings and rely on the hours and days posted as open online...
