Booked this location after finding it on the web. Went to Denver to see our son and this location worked great. East correspondence with manager. Easy spot to back into even with my 39 foot camper. Got set up- Quiet location. Yes reconstruction was Going on but had no issues with that. Even stayed an extra day from our arranged planned 3 days. The 4 days there were great.
It’s difficult to find spaces for our motor home when we visit our son in Denver. We feel fortunate to have found this spot. It’s a little oasis with mature trees, a neighborhood atmosphere and Bear Creek Trail close by. It’s not your typical RV park and with the construction going on, it was a bit noisy at times but the end result will be beautiful. Juliette at the office was very helpful but I would suggest some additional help for the evenings/weekends. We will definitely stay again!
Worst place we have ever stayed!!! Barely could fit our 22 ft. Trailer on the lot. Our car was parked in front off the street. And to charge $70 a night! Office was closed for the weekend when we arrived. Didn't have a site #. It said QR F. I was supposed to know that was our site? Also went to do laundry. Sorry laundry for " residents only". Fine u want to run an RV community for 55 and above. Then DO NOT take campers!! This is the worst. Stay away!! We only stayed 2 nights. Met another couple who were here for 1 night. They were also shocked how awful the place was.
Juliet the office manager is completely unprofessional and rude. She likes to rent RV spaces to people and then move them over and over again even after you've given a deposit and one months payment. I would highly recommend staying as far away from this place as you can.
Staying for one night while traveling, had question upon arrival, office closed and were told by answering service we would get a call back, never did. Small space, wedged in between two large RVs, back and both sides. A place to avoid.
The RV sites are very close to each other, and all the amenities; pool, laundry were closed for renovation. It's a place to stay and that's about it.Location: 4/5
A hidden gem for all. Looking for senior living this is the place with great homes for sale. Swimming pool is an extra +. Quiet and peaceful with friendly and helpful manager. Great location for RVers, centrally located for all the Denver attractions and areas around Denver. Golf course 3 minutes away.
Very quiet as you'd expect in an over 55, dog free mobile home park. Nice facilities. The pool was just being refilled for summer but it looked nice. Decent slabs beside each RV site. Could have rated higher if lady in reception would smile and be helpful. Manager was a nice guy.
I'm a volunteer for SNOW BUDDIES offered by Englewood and available to those in need of someone to shovel snow for them because they are elderly or disabled. 1st visit was during snow storm and at 4:00 am. Looks extremely nice compared to other trailer parks I've visited. I did find it difficult to locate units. Could use signs on each street sign letting u know what unit #'s are down each alley or street. But as stated during a storm and it was dark out so maybe I just missed them. I thought from what I saw tho that everything else was well maintained and looked nice.
Very nice staff, well kept up and friendly, love this place.
