The worst. Their automated systems for customer service over the phone are a dead end, there is no good customer service available unless you're buying stamps. The only way to get any kind of customer service is you either have to speak to someone at the post office or through email and even then it's not worth it, they are the worst at resolving any issues for the customer. FedEx is best. *Update* The Mail was found and delivered, for some reason it took longer than I had expected, in order for it to get to the place I needed within the same county.
Nice clean historic style Post Office Waits can be long like any location at peak times. I went at 12 noon and there were only 2 people in line. Drop off for pre labeled packages to the left of the line so you don't have to wait in line.
Not sure if they know their own hours went in at 2:15PM on 4/29/2023 and the front doors were open stood in line and the attendant told me they closed at 2 and closed already. Your hours on Google say 3PM please update. Everytime I go here there is always an issue with their Google hours not matching up to what the employees are honoring. Save yourself the headache.
Standard PO with standard workers. I recommend that if you're next in line for Linda, let another customer skip you and wait for another person. She is always disgruntled and put out. I get we all have bad days but every time I go there and Linda "helps" me, she's having a bad day. It used to be better with happier workers. Everything changes, I suppose.
Cute outdoor decor un a cute neighborhood. This location is well stocked and offers self service kiosk, PO Boxes, stocked with packaging and also sells Hallmark cards and gift cards! I went on a saturday and there only 2 workers and their customers really sucked up their time. Workers were nice and patient though. Customers, be ready and get your stuff together before you head to the counter!
This post office is poorly managed and when you make employees aware of issues they get defensive instead of fixing the problem. Totally unaccountable. I came to mail a next day express letter and used the automated machine but what’s the use when I didn’t find a single envelope or waybill or pen. What’s going on?! Go to a Fedex store and you’ll find all the above readily available. I’ve informed the manager here multiple times and he’s given me the lot ridiculous reason for not putting out envelopes - “people steal them” what a joke. This is why the government shouldn’t be running a single thing! If his were a private business half the employees would lose their job or get better training so they know how to do their job. Very frustrated after spending $56. I’ll be happy to pay that to Fedex next time as I won’t support my local post office any longer.
It’s a post office. Not much to say. Not the worst location not the best. But if you go at the right time you can get in and out of this one pretty quick
Among the area’s finest post offices - service is usually quick and always comes with a ready smile - plus, last time I was there I spotted this handsome, older, Jeff Beck-looking gent get a gal’s phone number, and you just can’t beat that.
Be aware someone here is stealing! We went inside and placed two boxes of shoes inside the bin obviously on camera and they both disappeared! Yet no one knows what happened? We’ve opened up an investigation you would think all they have to do is look at the camera to see what employee stole the items!
The nicest people work here. Just so polite and bubbly and friendly. Helps when all this shipping stuff can get a bit confusing. The building is also well-located, has decent parking, and is in a lovely classic building reminds me of the old WPA style, but I could be wrong. Doesn't have ALL your shipping needs, though. I needed a media mailer for some fragile vinyl records and they didn't have those. Not sure if those are available in other USPS outposts, or if you always have to go to a dedicated shipping center.
