Extremely happy with the workmanship showcased on this project. Between the line of communication with the office to the installers everything went smoothly. I was swimming on the date I was promised by my salesman when I originally signed my contract. Just a flawless install. My family and I absolutely love it.
We had our pool installed in 2009 by South Shore Gunite pools and they did a fantastic job. We have a nice swimming pool with Hot tub and just love the way it came out. SSG Pools opens and closes our pool every year because it's not all that easy to do and why not let the professionals take care of it. We invested a lot in the pool and want it done right. We also have SSG maintain the pool each year to ensure everything is functioning properly. We're on the Bi-monthly plan so when they're not cleaning I have to. There have been some things go wrong with the pool but SSG has been there to repair. Owning a pool can be a bit of work. You have to keep up with it and maintain it. If you're good to your' pool, the pool will last a very long time. We Myself and my family get a lot of enjoyment out of the pool. A lot of parties and a great place to hang out in the summer. We love it!
We love our new pool! It’s beautiful, great quality, and while it took longer than we thought, the team stayed within our initial budget. The heater feature was essential as it extended the swimming season until the end of October. We also love that ssg takes care of both installation and maintenance, providing extra peace of mind of knowing that they know the equipment inside out.Service: Inground pool installation
South Shore Gunite Pools know how to build a pool. They showed up when they promised and were always courteous and cordial and competent. Best regards to Rachel, John Fitz, Enrico, Anita, and many others who helped with this project. The pool is fabulous.
I worked with the SSG team members during 2022 as they proposed and then completed our new pool. The SSG Team members were all professional, responsive and fair in all of their dealings. They made special accommodations when I requested and they completed the pool on schedule as promised. I have nothing but praise for the Company and the final product.
