Terrible customer service. I called to schedule a power vac a week before as is their policy and she was very quick to say ok, next week. She told me they will send me an email the day of service she never asked for my email I gave her my name and address and when I said "don't you need my email?" her response was "if you want to give it to me". She seemed to rush me off the phone and I wondered to myself, did she even write my information down. Fast forward to Tuesday of this week, I call again, gave her my name and address again and she says your not on the schedule for today. When I asked does she know what day I am on, she said she couldn't tell me. They will email the morning of. Today Thursday I call again, and I'm not on the schedule, she doesn't know what I'm talking about and do I want an appointment for next week! WTH!! I asked to speak to the manager and all she kept saying is do you want an appointment for next week. I said, no, I want it for this week as we spoke about. She didn't apologize, she didn't acknowledge speaking to me 2 times before. She just kept saying, your not in the computer. I will not go back.
They might come tomorrow, maybe next week, maybe the week after. They won’t return calls or follow up, and overcharge for bare minimum.. there are plenty of other pool companies to choose from. Don’t make the same mistake I did and trust SSP with your pool.
They had everything I need , also items I couldn’t find anywhere else due to stick shortage , nick at the counter was very helpful so was the gentleman that carried salt bags to my truck
We have been customers for 21 years. We just ordered a new Loop Loc cover through them. They installed it, repaired some anchors and covered the pool efficiently and for a fair price. Always responsive to our needs from the day they installed our pool.
I have been there twice recently. The first time was when I was finding DE powder in my pool floor, implying that my filter had a tear somewhere inside. A whole new filter costs around $1,000, replacing the filter grid inside would cost around $400, but they had the single part I needed, for around $18. Then I was having trouble getting the chlorine level in my pool water correct. They test pool water for free, so I brought down a sample of water, the attendant put some in their machine, but the machine wasn't working right. So he just took a dipstick test from a bottle, and ran that test. The results from that helped me get my water regulated properly.
They have very pleasant customer service and office staff. Eager to assist and knowledgeable. *They never over sell products and have saved me bundles.*
They replaced our liner , installed steps and bench in our existing pool. AS WELL AS REVERSE THE SKIMMERS Could not be happier. Their workers are wonderful and showed up when they said they would.
