Excellent service on short notice and dealing with a family that had very little medical history of their loved one. As this was my first time having to handle arraignments, dealing with Kisha was extremely delightful. She provided lots of information and exhibited lots of patience with excellent communication skills. I highly recommend using this location in your time of need as I certainly will should the need arise again.
My mother passed away on 5/3/23 and Southcare did an exceptional job with the services for my mother. Ms. Keisha made sure everything was correct and in place. Everything that needed to be done Keisha handled it. All I had to do was to make sure the information was correct and pick up my mother remains when the service was completed. Keisha was kind and understanding.
Southcare worked with me prior to my loved one's death to choose the best funeral plan to meet our needs. Continuing their professionalism, courtesy and caring when the time came, carrying through with all their promises and handling everything so that I didn't have to during this difficult time. Thank you to all of the staff at Southcare.
Kisha is extremely kind and knowledgeable about every little detail. She stays in touch and keeps her clients & their families informed of each step from the beginning to the end of the entire process. We are blessed and grateful for Kisha's guidance.

Everyone that we communicated with at SouthCare was exceptionally professional, yet compassionate, as we dealt with the sudden death of our sister. Kisha was a jewel to work with. She went above-and-beyond to handle all of the details of our sister's final wishes.
A wonderful experience, considering the circumstances. The staff is great; kept me informed throughout, and answered any questions. Very compassionate and understanding.
Its been two months since we did my fathers funeral/cremation and I cant forget that would'nt have been possible without this location! The two ladies who helped were nothing but amazing ! Thank you a million times for making the process smooth.
