Dr. Berta de Leon has moved her practice to her new office located at 6515 Lawndale St Houston, TX 77023. Dr. de Leon is Board Certified in Family Medicine since 2005. At our clinic we offer great compassionate and comprehensive health care for adults and children. As a primary care practice we provide continuing health care for the whole family, across all ages, genders, diseases and parts of the body. We specialize in the care of chronic problems such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, and other diseases. We offer sick or regular visits, as well as annual physical exams, sports/school physicals, well woman, and well man exams. In our office we speak English and Spanish.
