our waitress was really kind and professional. She did a great job servicing us while dining in. But the food was not up to part, most of the food that was on our plate was either lukewarm or cold. They definitely tried to fix the issue, which is great customer service. But Just make sure the food is at least hot and ready for the customer. The catfish, collard greens, and grits were pretty good after a heating session.

Yes, I highly recommend their food, it really is delicious. What I don't recommend however is the undisclosed added 20% service fee to our bill ONLY 2 OF US . We love the food and will be back in the future but please make your customers aware of this added fee. I am all for paying folks a decent wage but this is your business and your responsibility IMHO. We chose to pay our waitress more because she was really great but once again the forced 20% doesn't sit well.

My husband and I tried that this restaurant for the very first time we had two appetizers and shrimp cocktail and southern wings. My husband stated that the shrimp was not their specialty, but their chicken wings were excellent highly recommend. The food came out in a timely manner and the waitress was very nice.

We ordered takeout because we were told the there would be an hour wait. The young woman told us she would call when the order was ready so we walked the strip and came back to find out she never put the order in so we had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Then we got this. See picture. To top it all off she added her own tip and charge use for sides that were included with the meal and the fish was over cooked. Glad I'm a changed man.

Hate to write a bad review, but after a 90 minute wait, the food was flavorless, meatloaf was tough and over cooked, and a half piece of broccoli was served with dinner. Mac n cheese was cold. Redfish super salty.

Food, drinks and service were great! Sangria wasn't super sweet it was really yummy. I had the salmon with green beans and seasonal vegetables medley. Salmon was cooked perfectly and flavor was delicious. Veggies were delicious. Portion size was good I was full but not overly stuffed. Partner had the meatloaf with collard greens and mashed potatoes. He ate every bite and really enjoyed it. We will definitely be back. Service was fast, accommodating and friendly.

Great fried chicken and very flavorful meatloaf. The banana pudding was great as well.

We had a group of 7. Each and every one LOVED the food, the wine and the service. Great time! Wonderful atmosphere. Friendly, engaging personnel. Looking forward to our next visit as we want to experience more menu items! The cost was extremely reasonable, as we included 2 appetizers and wine.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meals.The fish was deliciously well seasoned. Very pleasant atmosphere and excellent service. I'm looking forward to return visit. When we told the doorman at Safety Harbor Spa where we were going for dinner, he said we had made an excellent choice. He was correct.

Hidden on a side street but yelling I'm scrumptious! I like my desert first so I ordered a banana pudding and a cocktail. Yes! Don't even think about fast food. This is food made to order. For example, fried chicken is approximately 30 minutes. Ha! Perfect for dessert, conversation, and drinks. Suggestion: salmon salad mmmmmm
