I have had to reschedule I don't know how many doctors appointments and stuff because of them not being on time and I never used to have issues with the trolley they used to be pretty much on time like let's say I had an appointment at 2:00 they would be here about 1:40 if not 1 50ish and this is getting ridiculous I've been having to waste my gas so I know that I make sure that I make it to my doctor's appointment on time never again will I rely on the trolley
If you need a reliable transport DO NOT call Southern Iowa Trolley b/c 'Doing their best' means hearing 'We cannot guarantee a driver for that time' EVERYTIME you call; and that's if you get to talk to a person. In my experience, you leave multiple voicemails with no callback. Then once you speak with someone it's that same old let down.
It has been pretty terrible. The driver took 50 minutes to get my four year old son four blocks home after school. No one even called me or my husband at work to let us know they were running late. My son told the babysitter he was really scared. Dont send your young kids on the trolley by themselves!
Always on time. Drivers are nice and helpful.
