So i have been here a few times and thought it was very nice and cute but I have been trying to call/ contact them for about 9 months and they have been pretty flakey the phone numbers never work and they can’t keep tenants so I feel a sketched out about the idea of living in a setting without any reliable staff
This park is quickly becoming overcrowded and very picky about new rules presented almost monthly. : No pets over 30 pounds without proof of a 1 million dollar insurance policy. : No broken vehicles unless stored in the back lot of the park for a monthly storage fee. : Any noise loud enough for a neighbor to hear is a violation of the noise policy at any time of day. Violation of these rules are grounds for immediate expulsion/eviction from the property. I'm sure there is some leniency in them but those are serious reprecussions for a park where the homes are close enough to have a conversation with your neighbor through the walls. The roads, even though they are paved, will challenge any off-road vehicle!
Needs some improvement in the roads and a park or pool would be nice. I'm sure that the new management will be making improvements.
The park is quiet and clean and the staff is remarkable!
LOTS OF POTHOLES THAT NEED TO BE FILLED. ROADS INSIDE ARE HORRIBLE
