Great place to take your pet! The staff was very friendly and took great care of our dog. We are from out of town visiting nearby and our dog need stitches after getting a bad cut. They were able to squeeze us in to their busy schedule and get her fixed up! 10/10 experience!
All of the staff here are amazing! They were so kind and helpful during a really stressful time for us. I was extremely nervous for my dog to have surgery but they were extremely professional and took such good care of her. I couldn’t be more grateful for our experience with them.
Southside is amazing! Love Dr Brock, he was kind and had a wonderful bedside manner. My dog Gidget was a little nervous and he made her feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr Brock is Gidget approved!! All staff is very friendly and fast. Amazing clean office. Also Adrienne's Grooms approved!!
We brought a young cat in that seemed to have been hit by a car In Edisto. She was clearly suffering and the staff did what they could but it was clear she needed to be saved from any further suffering. The staff and veterinarian were so compassionate and clearly care about the well being of their little furry patients. I’m from out of state but just wanted to say thanks and really appreciate everything they tried to do. If I was local this is where I’d bring my furry babies!
Thank you for the years of continued service! Just today we had a scare with our old boy Drake and I called to see if there was time to see him. They were thoughtful and quickly said bring him in! Dr. Sauls approached our dog with a calm but caring perspective and was thoughtful to not run unnecessary tests. He explained thoroughly the outcomes and treatment plan. I appreciate the amazing support and attention!
We have been going to Southside Animal Hospital with all of our pets for 7 years now with 0 complaints! The owners and staff have a great passion for pets and care as well about the owners. It is hard this day and age to find a vet office that cares not only about the animals but the owners as well. Each of the Veterinarians Jaime Carroll, DVM, Kevin Moser DVM, Michael Forcier DVM, Michele Mihok, DVM, Brock Sauls DVM are amazing we don't mind who we see when we go there. Because we love and trust them all with our loved ones! They work as a team and not afraid to ask each other for opinions or reach out for 3rd party opinions. Even when we adopted our first exotic cat. Southside's Dr. Forcier went the extra mile and made sure they got the care they needed along with helping educate us. Southside's Jaime Carroll took care of our first litters of Bengal kittens and got us on the right track. Southside's Kevin Moser educated us beyond belief feline disease testing and went above and beyond with our Savannah cats making sure we understood all the testing and results. Southside's Michele Mihok taught us how to quickly treat puppy pyodermas in a way that it has stuck in our head ever since. We are happy with every single one of them. The reproduction side with Robin Sparks & Brock Sauls for our Bulldogs has been the absolute best as well. Experts at canine reproduction and health. Both Robin and Brock was who brought not only our first litter of English Bulldogs into the world, but multiple litters safely and healthy. The knowledge and love of what they do is not easily matched. We love hearing about all the repro seminars they attend yearly and the ones the techs attend as well. They are more than just a normal Animal Hospital. They are an elite team of educators & mentors. We will forever be grateful for having all of them!
We have found the team at Southside to be great to work with! Compassionate and dedicated to the families they work with. They have always made time to fit our crew in and have been sooo wonderful no matter what opportunity brings us in.. we truly are Thankful and Grateful to this group.
I cannot recommend Southside Animal Hospital enough! The entire staff is so helpful and extremely sweet. They are warm and welcoming from beginning to end. It is easy to get in contact with them and scheduling appts is very easy and stress free. My pup saw Dr. Jaime Carroll and she is AMAZING! Her empathy and love for animals is very clear in the care she provides. My pup is very shy/timid, so going to the vet is stressful. Dr. Jaime got on the floor with JoJo and loved on her/gave her treats to make her feel comfortable and safe. It’s the little things Southside does that makes the difference! Southside is very transparent, affordable, compassionate, professional, and just simply AWESOME!
Will never go anywhere else. This place is so understanding ,they listen and always there advice gets our pets healthier quicker. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable .. finally a affordable and reliable vet.
Southside took amazing care of my dog after he ate a ball at the park. I took him to an emergency 24hr place on Sunday after waiting 3 hours they quote my 7-9k for the surgery. My boss told me to take him to Southside first thing Monday morning. I walked in without an appointment. They were significantly less expensive, and they cared more! They will be my vet for now on. Thank you everyone
