Spa City Style

I have not been here since prepandemic but this place used to be a decent spa that was clean and pleasant. I did not enjoy the spa experience and the spa service area was not well-maintained. The spa service was good which is why I gave it two stars...although the service itself was done well, I did have to limit the use of the other areas and just decided to leave early.

Hands down my favorite place to go relax. I love that it’s a mineral water hot spring pool first off. How special?! They have a sauna and STEAM ROOM and COLD PLUNGE! The last two are capitalized because I find them harder to find and they are my favorite. Also had some procedures done there. The massages are amazing. The body scrub style treatments are a little different and take a second to get used to but are also wonderful. It’s just such a special place. Not fancy, but special. If you know the value of hydrotherapy and mineral waters it’s amazing. Tiny slice of Europe.

I really wanted to enjoy my experience. The hot spring is good but the water was dirty with some kind of black substance.I got the Shai Swedish massage. The masseur seem to be inexperienced and could not understand English. So he couldn't understand me when I said to massage lightly. After the 3rd warning I asked to change to a masseuse. By then my back was sore and I was in pain. The masseuse rough as well , & when i decided enough was enough she yanked my arm telling me no! Both were also way too focused on my rear end area. I feel violated and was in tears. Customer service from the receptionist was wonderful. Thank you to those two ladies. I'm glad that they could accomadte me. Other wise I will see my therapist after thus traumatic experience.

I love this place. The hot spring water is so healing. The body scrub/body care is amazing. Awesome self care. I feel so great when I leave.

I have been coming here for over 10 years and love the spa treatments. I always get body scrub body care. If you go Wednesday or Thursday before 2pm you save $25 dollers.

This spa is amazing!! The entry fee is kind of expensive, but it's well worth it! The natural spring bath is magical. I loved that the men & women's areas were separate, so I could walk around the spa naked. The water truly felt amazing on my body. I would definitely come again. I highly recommend wearing sandals on the wet tiles for your safety.

Expensive and run down. Dead plants and all the "waterfalls" and water features totally dry made it feel like this place has seen better days. Change rooms/facilities sad in comparison to cheaper spas. Natural spring is obviously amazing but not worth the premium price. Recommend to spend your money elsewhere.

Well, got the “lymphatic” massage, for $220 and although Angela was absolutely lovely, it is not in the least worth that much money, and for 30/40 mins. CRAZY!!!! Then the super mini facial was $100 extra. I have loved this place for over a decade now and have trusted coming there and knowing I would leave happy and relaxed. Today, I must admit I left questioning, uncertain and disappointed.

I've been here several times, facilities are clean, ample parking, reasonable prices, you can spend a couple hours in the spa/pool rooms for under 50 bucks, do it once and you'll go back often.

If could give then 0 stars I would. Angela is very rude with her clients and staff. She screams at her customers for whispering or checking their phones for messages.. she is so unprofessional . Too bad, that place used to be good, but now it's not only that woman Angela treating bad the clients, but also the water smells bad, everything there it's durty. I do not recommend it at all.
