I wasn't offered any services. Had to pull out the details of the service I did get. Was charged 30 dollars more than I was quoted over the phone. The actual cut was nowhere close to precise, nor was her face breed specific. They shaved her which I understood but her face was noticeably uneven. The said they didn't have nail polish but the service was offered on their board in the lobby. No picture was taken like they used to do. Overall I wasn't thrilled. I'm pretty sure I won't return. Maybe someone else will have better luck but I'll pass.

I have been taking my pit mix to DivaDogs for 2 years now. I am very much attached to my Petey boy and I am comfortable dropping him off with David and Jen. He always comes out with a goofy smile and looks/smells so clean and fresh. If you’re looking for a groomer who treats your pet like their own, this is the one! I have attached a picture of my boy after his grooming session and the adorable report cards that DivaDogs give you.

Very comforting staff for Finnegan. He will be back !! Returned a second time and Morgan did a great job on Finnegan. A great find for my little boy Finnegan!!

Our dogs have gone here 3 times now. The last 2 times, we had the same girl and my mini-labradoodle has come home bloody and cut up. They give report cards and gave him an F last visit. He's 10 month's old and now deathly afraid of being groomed. He's gone to other groomers and they've been fine...just overbooked when we needed him groomed, so we took him back to Diva Dogs. I'm afraid we'll need to take him somewhere else now because he's traumatized. Somewhere where they take extra time to care for the animals when they're scared and not completely butcher them. I feel so awful for him. He's such a sweet, loving, affectionate family dog. I do understand it's difficult to groom a puppy, but this last visit, they said his fur was too long and he'd have to be fully shaved. Both his ears had large quarter sized gashes, bloody ones. His stomach had open bleeding wounds and last visit, his genital area was all bloody. Will not return. Go ahead and cancel our upcoming appointment because after further inspection, there's no way I'll put him through that again.

Recently moved here, looking for a good groomer for my shih tzu. Morgan did a great job and made my anxious puppy comfortable.

My wife and I took our two dogs to Diva Dogs yesterday. The staff was friendly, both large dogs were done within 4 hours, and the cuts are the best quality the dogs have ever received. Pleasantly surprised by Diva Dogs and we will definitely be giving them more business.

Very happy with Morgan who did an excellent job with our 15 yr old cocker Lakota . Morgan took her time, going the extra mile cutting Lakota, who's blind & deaf. We will return for sure. Thanks again Morgan. Bob & Jude

I am so upset with the grooming service that was done on my lg black doodle! I took him in. I spoke with the young lady who would be performing the service. She checked Dempsey’s coat told me he was in good condition… no matting! I proceeded to let her know exactly what I wanted done …light trim all over body area .. clear around eyes so he can see…please do not cut his top hair or his ears…I then showed her pic… that was hanging in their lobby! I’m working toward that look for him… I said that to her! When I picked him up his body area was perfect…. Oh my goodness his ears were cut off so short and his head was cut short too! This was an area that could have been left long and just washed and dried! The cost was not an issue it was the norm… that was the only good thing about this experience. His appointment was at 11:00 am they called for pickup at 5:00pm. When ask why they keep dogs all day … her answer was “they don’t have set appointments… “I ask where does he stay … she said “in a crate.” Wrong answer for me! To top this off … when we walked into our home Dempsey went straight to water bowl .., he was thirsty…I’m talking bowl full thirsty… my thoughts are “he didn’t get water”. Never again! Didn’t think groomer was on top of her game. Maybe not a doodle groomer?!!! Grooming I give 2 star! Body was good! Yes, inside of ears were not done very well either. Looks like he doesn’t have ears! Only good thing is he’s so handsome even without his long head and ears …
