I came here and saw Jeff for THEE BEST deep tissue massage! I have had many massages, both in this city, and other states and countries but I have never had a massage as good as this one! I was so tense at the beginning and by the end I felt like butter in his hands. Perfect amount of pressure and his movements are so so relaxing and therapeutic. Will definitely come back to see him again!
So freaking amazing! The best spa experience I’ve had hands down and I’ve been to three day spas locally. Reception gal was so nice and the space was beautiful The massage perfect; the guy really knew what he was doing I don’t remember his name but he was a smaller dude with long dreads. The temperature was perfect and the bed was cozy. And the salt scrub?? Was almost too enjoyable lol. I also got a facial and it was much better than the one I had at The Elms. I cannot wait to go back!
This place use to be amazing and I’m sad to say I won’t be coming back. It’s chaotic and it seems like most of the employees started yesterday. There is no place to get ready after your services. I had to get dressed and apply my make-up and fix my hair in a dark room with no sinks or lighting. You don’t even get a locker with key any more. After I was given my clip board to fill out a staff member ushered me down stairs to the spa waiting room. She did not show me where I was supposed to change or any directions-I had been there before so I knew I was suppose to fill out my info upstairs-then be shown the locker room-then shown to the spa waiting room. They forgot about me. I filled out the clip board then showed myself to the locker room then had to wave down the next employee I saw to take my clip board and Remind them I’m here for the VIP package and should have been in the steam sauna 20 minutes ago. The VIP package comes with champagne-I got 2 glasses and had to flag someone down for that too. Just really sad how bad this place has declined.
Oh my goodness, I had the best experience here on 12/12 my massage was amazing with Jared, and my facial with Sharleen left my skin feeling so soft and rejuvenated! I definitely will be coming back to see the both of them!!
Wonderful experience! The pedicure could have been better but the service and massage was INCREDIBLE! If you need a massage, Cardon is where it’s at!
Every service I've received here is excellent. I had the glow and flow and it made my skin feel really nice. The sauna is also amazing!
This place has really gone downhill in quality and service. Most recently I walked in and the guy behind the counter was visibly frustrated he had to check me in. He asked my name, grabbed a clipboard and just took off - guess I’m supposed to follow! I looked at my forms and saw that they switched my massage therapist without telling me, I just happened to catch it on the form. When I asked they were short and rude and told me they called this morning. Which they did not. They asked if I wanted to reschedule and when I said no, they said “great bye.” Really used to love this place but the last few appointments have just been so bad. Won’t be coming back.
I am visiting from out of town and have a lot of experience with massage. Cardon was probably the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. It’s a must if you are in KC. I hear he books up fast, so call as far in advance as you can.
We had a group of 13 for 1 hour massages. Booked a little over a week in advance. Required a deposit for all massages as expected. My sister covered it and then we would pay the rest when we got our massage. The day before the massage they called my sister and wanted all 13 of us to call in our credit cards to pay the rest. To save hassle she decides to go ahead and pay it all including a 20% gratuity they charged since we were a large group. Had our massages Saturday. My credit card was charged $125 on Sunday. She called twice and after speaking with the manager they only agreed to refund me $52.50. The massages were great, but will never go back simply because of this. Very disappointed
