We used Space Walk Cedar Rapids this weekend and were very impressed! Booking online was simple and easy. I called a few times prior to arrival to confirm details and they were always helpful and courteous. The day of the party couldn’t have gone smoother. They arrived for delivery on time slightly early and set up the inflatable with no issues. They were very friendly and walked us through the ins and outs. We had no issues with the inflatable. The quality was excellent and the kids had a blast! They returned the day after the party to pick up without a problem! There is nothing I could offer as an improvement because they executed this rental flawlessly. Highly recommend!
We having been using Spacewalk for a number of years for our Four Oaks summer carnival. I must say this year, with the new management we were very happy. The reservation was an organized smooth process and the prices fair. On the day of the event we were pleasantly surprised with new equipment and abundant set up crew. Great work Spacewalk we will continue to be long time customers!
Contacted Space Walk for a last minute Fourth of July inflatable wet slide. They got back to me promptly and we made arrangements for pickup. The slide was in great condition, the team helped with loading and unloading and everything went smoothly. My kids and the neighborhood had a blast. Fairly easy to set up, inflate and enjoy. Would recommend and would use again. Would likely prefer to have deliver and pick up, but in these circumstances we were lucky to get an available unit for the 4th, so I was happy to pick it up.
Amazing service and professionalism. We used Spacewalk of Cedar Rapids for our end of the year celebration at our school and what Spacewalk was able to do for our kids was above and beyond what was expected. Students were surprised and excited and that was all part of what Spacewalk was able to do for us. Most defiantly will be going back next year.
Celebrated my son's 10th Birthday party this weekend and surprised him with a bouncy house slide combo. I made reservations the day before his party and received confirmation same day. We did the delivery service which was worth it we didn't have to worry about a thing.The workers that came to my house to set up where very professional introduced themselves and did there job quickly. The surprise bouncy house was a hit at the party everyone had so much fun. It was great entertainment. I couldn't get the kids to get out. We will be doing this again soon.
Had a great experience! Our inflatable was delivered right on time when they said it would be. When we first got the inflatable the water was not working correctly but the owner contacted us right away and got it fix for us. Turned out to just be a kink in the hose but they were wonderful about helping us right away. We will be using space walk again! Thank you so much!
We are VERY VERY impressed with the quality of service we received from the moment we called our local Space Walk. It was a last minute plan to check into their products, we called on Thursday July 2, 2015 and wanted to reserve something for the 4th of July, we were all ready to be told they were sold out, but we were thrilled to learn they had more than a few items left to choose from even though it was a last minute decision. From the staff who answered the phone and the staff that delivered and picked up the item we ordered, they all were awesome!!! This made our Family event more wonderful then we had hoped. We have already started telling people how great this company is. We will continue to spread the word to our family and friends.
