The Management Team Is Terrible ,They Don't Have No Respect For Visitors or Tenants, I Do Not Recommend This Place At All

The manager Marlo at this apartment is very rudely and don’t care about handicaps.

Been over here a couple of years CAR DONE GOT HIT TWICE over here and THEY don't work with YOU on nothing They FINE you for small stuff like cigarette butts and it's not a small fine either They fine you for blinds being mest up and the fine is between 75.00 -500 dollars smh blinds don't even cost that much you can't have your grills outside period The The maintenance men be standing out side your house trying to listen to what's going on in your house ETC. I DO NOT Recommende them...

I currently live here this is my 3rd year and the apartments got new management a week ago and they are ridiculous... they are so rude and don’t care about the residents they only care about making money and give out tickets with a ridiculous amount and when you ask then for the reason they don’t even have evidence to blame you. These apartments are not gated! Anyone can walk around and do who knows what but the residents are the ones to blame? I miss the old mananger Eva she knew how to run the place and knew the area she was managing. To the new management these apartments are in PLEASANT GROVE!! The HOOD!! There expections make no sense this isn’t Highland Park and thats a fact that anyone should be able to live with if you decide to move to this area. I’m not renewing anymore because of this new management.

1. the maria lady the one that sits infront of the office is RUDE! When shes in a good mood shes nice & when shes in a bad mood shes real rude! 2. The NEW Maintenance guys are LAZY all you see them do is be on there phones & talking to people! dont even get jobs done at all!!!! Question where is Eva she was AWESOME!!!!! & the maintenance guys thats were here when she was here? There not lazy the would pick up trash at 8am help you & were real good on work orders! We neeeeeeed Eva & her crew BACK! At the moment Spainsh Grove DOESN'T deserve not even one star

This place thinks they are some upscale uppity expensive apartment in reality they are average in the ghetto apartments.. got denied for a class b misdemeanor dwi after being led on for a week.. just took my money and ran... be advised don’t do it! What a joke

Worse manager ever! Maria the lady in the far back desk!!! I complained over the LACK if security & all she had to say “were not the police we cant do anything “ lack of attention lack of importance!! Really rude & i told her what the contact says apparently she doesn’t even know what the contract says!

The apt manager ava is really cool she's understanding and get things done maintenance team is nice but it takes years to come fix something that takes seconds to fix when they do get to it you never have that problem again i think they need more help cause these apts are older than i am 29 and constantly needs work obviously more than 3 or 4 men can handle these apts are pretty much quite unless there's a party there hasn't been any burglaries that i know of and i been here since 2012 everyone keeps to them self lots of kids and space for them wish it had like a jungle gym for them that would help with the balls lol.... The size of the apt is amazing haven't seen apts with this much space lately hard to find an apt to beat the size

Well make sure if your a vistitor that you have a sticker or pass or your car will be towed i was there seeing client for Home Health came out and my car was gone could not go see my nxt client and was told that there was nothing they could do.....164.00 ......then they take tour damm car to the middle of no where ......can you say pissed!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They will go to check if you have something wrong to give you a fine, but won't go to fix what's wrong with your apartment.
