Nice atmosphere, huge parking outside, front desk lady was helpful, she told us about an offer if we could wait an hour! What I really hated was that, there were 7 of us playing, 3 of them left early, 1 of our other member wanted to join. So we went to the front lady just to change the name, she made me pay another $10 for that person. I don't think that was okay as we had two lanes to play unlimited until they are closed. Since 3 people left, one person could easily replace them without any extra payment. But anyway we had fun that's what matters. We also ate pizza it was delicious. But obviously extra costly. Also the lady was little annoying about the shoe renting and wearing. Take care, have a good life!

Groton bowling center is located centre of the town it's near to "99 resturant and Pub". It's designed especially for bowling gaming section for kids is also there. Bowling is fun there,I enjoyed alot. Very neat & clean place . For each game $5.50 per person and they provide you bowling shoes charge you extra for shoe .No need of advance booking. Payment made through cash or digital both. Free Drinking water is available. Wheelchair accessible Parking. Public Restroom is also available.

We play in a league here. It is a women’s league with mostly 60+ year old women. This is the last year we will. On December 22, we were having our bowling Christmas party and the manager shut down all 16 of our lanes during game one of three and told us that we could not continue bowling because someone brought a cake and no outside food is allowed. I understand their food policy and agree with it. But this was a cake, which they do not sell, and it was a once a year thing for a Christmas party. They sure know how to kill the Christmas spirit. The kind of person that can do that to a group of older women is not the kind of person whose business I want to support. They didn’t even try to talk to the league leader. They just jumped straight to ending all our games that we had already paid for. They would not refund us either. Norwich, CT and Westerly, RI both have very nice bowling alleys. I would suggest going to either of those.

The bowling alley was fun and the kids had a great time but the customer service was so bad it ruined the entire experience. There was an issue with a reservation and instead of being kind and talking it out they not only interrupted a children's birthday party but then up charged when the parents tried to fix it. Not only will I not return but we definitely won't be booking any parties here in the future. Such a shame when we have three kids who would love to come back. We will be making the drive to a place that values it's customers.

I tried this place over the weekend. It's massive! The bar looked pretty nice, I didn't get a chance to go in as it wasn't open yet. The pricing seemed average at 46 bucks for 2 adults 1 child 2 games each and shoe rental. The big issue though is the bumpers, they need to make it so that it only comes up for the kid or adults that want it. I'd rather pay a little more somewhere else that has this feature like at the casino.

What a great place to bowl with your friends and family

Nice place for any kind of party kids to adult, big space with lots of lanes. There is a bar with food cooked on site opposed to a food-like court and has a pool table .

Good lanes, updated equipment, friendly staff, clean establishment. Didn’t bowl too well, but laid together plenty of strikes anyways. I’ll definitely be going back soon

Nice bowling alley, lanes and tables are very close but not anything abnormal. Service is all really great, the bars prices are decent. It was hard finding any balls under 14lbs. All in all a nice experience.

Staff was great. Beer was cold. It was a great time have not bowled in 45 years Definitely will do it again soon
