This bus was in the wrong lane at Irving and Ashland at roughly 6:26 pm and tried to merge in front of me and caused me to slam on my breaks so I would not get hit. They were inches from hitting me. I can’t imagine being driven in this with someone who is such a reckless driver.
BEST TRANSPORTATION COMPANY EVER!!! Katelyn and David were so helpful setting everything up for our big day and extremely knowledgeable. The buses were on time for pick up and drop offs and the drivers were so sweet when I talked to them at the end of the night. I loved the stop the clock option they had since we had a decent gap in between! HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for a reliable and genuine company! Thank you Spare Wheels!!
We booked Spare Wheels Transportation for our 1st wedding anniversary party after a referral by the Courtyard Marriott St. Charles. I worked with Katelyn S. to book our 39 passenger coach bus for the event. She was awesome to work with and we communicated through email and over the phone. Everything ran smoothly the day of the party, and our shuttle driver Mark C. was accommodating as the final shuttle departed a little later due to clean up after the event. Would definitely recommend Spare Wheels Transportation for any private event needs!
Spare Wheels provided transportation to our wedding guests to and from the venue. Katelyn was great to work with and set it all up. The drivers were on time and friendly. We highly recommend them.
Even with a much smaller guest count than originally planned, we knew it was even more important that our guests could unwind and not worry about getting home from our wedding. When our plans had to change significantly because of the pandemic, Spare Wheels made it easy for us to change the hotel locations and quickly turned around new quotes, and expected pick up and drop off times. The shuttle was clean and the driver was very professional. They even added special touches like a congratulations sign!
This was an excellent company to work with for our wedding day transportation! Their customer service was fantastic. Everyone I worked with was kind, helpful, and knowledgable. Communication was great, and both buses we had were on time and comfortable. I loved the stop the clock option they had. This alone made them an easy choice! I highly recommend Spare Wheels for your transportation needs!
Best word to describe Spare Wheels – flexible. We met Spare Wheels at the Geneva Bridal Walk and were quickly impressed by their variety of options and their ability to accommodate our challenging requests. We had many pickup and drop-off locations in a short window of time and their drivers were all knowledgeable of our locations around Geneva and were able to handle our tight windows of time efficiently. I did not use them night of our wedding but our guests told us that the drivers were friendly and accommodating. We noticed that they were proactive at making our guests aware of the departing times for the hotel so guests wouldn’t get left behind. I would highly recommend Spare Wheels to anyone looking for a transportation vendor within the Geneva, IL area.
We hired Spare Wheels to transport my daughter and 21 of her friends to Prom. We were thrilled with the attentive and professional service received. First of all, the bus was fabulous, clean and beautiful. Spare Wheels had taken the time to decorate the interior of the limo bus in school colors. Even the driver was wearing school colors. The driver was so professional and reassuring to be taking these kids to their event. Timely, Professional, the total package. The teens loved the limo bus with special lighting and music. We could not have been happier with our choice. I would highly recommend them for your next event.:
