Awesome services, dedicated workers, and on time car wash! I highly recommend this company and mobile app and my experience was amazing. #1. This is so far the only car wash on-demand app and service in Chicago area, I was hesitate to use first and not sure if they would come to Hyde Park area since it is a little bit far from the city. They did show up on time and cleaned my car for an hour. Diallo is amazing and he spent a lot time cleaning my dirty car in every way possible. I have never seen anyone with such a dedication and hard work. I will sign up for the service again for sure. #2. Here is some feedback, I think in the future, if we could order a car wash without reserving a time have Sparkl vans driving around like Uber and can track the driver with GPS that would be super great. If they can also add refueling service that would be great too. People who wash cars often need gas too. Also, if we can track the car wash progress with our mobile app that would be great too, in case we are not home, we can rest assure if everything went well. Overall, amazing experience. Wish they have more contracted location.
Wash was fine when they came. Only problem is they canceled on me both times I tried to book. I didn’t even get a notification the second time. According to the person on call, I was the second person that morning that got cancelled on. If the company doesn’t have people to work don’t list the time as available!? Live in Nashville area so maybe it’s better experience elsewhere. Very underwhelming experience and wouldn’t recommend due to those reasons.Services: Full body wash

I'd been looking for a place to get my car detailed and hadn't been entirely satisfied with the last couple of places I went. I was also concerned about traveling to and fro while leaving my car somewhere. I was excited at the idea of someone coming to me to detail my car and wasn't disappointed with Sparkl. Romero was on time, professional, quick 2 hours, and thorough. My car looks like brand new. And it never had to leave my garage. I also had my kids car seat cleaned, which needed it, and lit ooks great.Services: Steam cleaning
Sparkl was doing a car wash at my corporate park. I made an appointment and was really excited. I showed up and there was no signage and no one there. After waiting for 10 mins after my appointment time, I called the help desk. I was hung up on twice and then told that the technician was on the way and would get there at some point. Thanks for wasting my time
Sparkl is so amazingly convenient! Just schedule an appointment through the app, open your car for the tech, and voila! your car is clean when you're ready to leave! Thank you, Sparkl!
