Strictly By Hand

I’m not even mad that this happened at this place. I’m mad that I saw it happen and I go out to check my car and the manager lied to my face and said they did not do this when I saw him come out and yell at his employee for doing this. They know they’re in the wrong and yet had no decency to fix it or anything, instead the manager bragged to my face about how he owns a “body shop” after I said I would file a lawsuit against them. Overall, I thought this would be the perfect place to get a nice Carwash as I live near and I see lots of really expensive cars go through. At the end of the day come here if you wanna get your car scratched then yelled at in your face for it being your fault apparently. Ps. Employee used a wire brush to clean some oil off my car… everyone and I mean everyone knows not to ever clean paint with a wire brush except this business or whatever this place is.Services: Vacuuming

June 21st 21. Not sure if you can see the particles left on the inside of my windshield. Inside was not wiped. $28 for platinum. Carpets was clean and vacuum . Maybe the towels was dirty. I've used this company in the past, different days different service I guess.

20 $ for ….. they’ll spray some water on your car and damage your car as much as they can….and that’s not all. There managers are very hard to find….and when they show up after minutes 10…. They’ll kick you out because you retain the line…. Better go to an automatic car wash… save your time, money and your nerves .

I've been here twice and both experiences were positive. Exterior and interior cleanings were excellent. Staff is courteous and efficient. They really worked hard.

PLEASE READ I was skeptical about coming here because of the mixed reviews. I called to ask questions about price and time to clean. The women on the phone was very polite and professional. No issues at all. This car had baby milk stains, mold, spills, and plenty of junk, but it was returned to me looking brand new on the inside. I could not believe it. Will be coming back.

I knew the original owner of this car wash. Strictly by Hand and he lived up to that name. I have a pet and I was expecting to see results that Strictly by hand use to deliver. Sadly I was not impressed. Its like they focus on the exterior being nice and clean but not the interior. I have a 3rd row and it wasn't even touched. Potential of being a decent wash, but too many touch ups I had to do on my own.

I've used this car wash for years and they do fabulous work. I had a technical problem today and the office was very patient and helpful.. A good business with good employees. Thank you.

These guys were fast and efficient and did a good job. My Rover gets really dirty wheels and they took the time to scrub more, but didn't get the barrels.

We tried the platinum car wash with tire shining. As soon as the car got into facility, the customers can leave the vehicle and go to the waiting area. Very clean and detailed oriented, 100% hand wash. The price is very reasonable. There is a tip box so no pressure to hand in the tips to the right number of people.
