Really enjoyed eating here. The lettuce wraps were fun - beef instead of chicken wrapped in a large lettuce leaf with rice. The walleye was delicious - buttery & savory. Perfect portion - didn't feel stuffed but was satisfied. Good wine options. View of lake is beautiful.
Sparkling Waters is easily a 10/10 restaurant. The drinks and food are amazing, and you get exactly what you pay for. They actually have quite a lot of affordable dishes as well. The owners are awesome, and their son was our waiter. He's great, and we had a great experience there. I can say they have good wines to choose from, incredible ice cream and cake, as well as fantastic sandwiches. I'm surprised it took me this long to try out the place, and I look forward to going there in the future.
Hubby and I celebrated our 30th anniversary this weekend and he wanted Lobster. We’re staying in town and found this gem of a restaurant. Really good food and drinks.
We are new to town. Stopped in for Happy Hour. Drinks were worth the stop. Bartender is friendly and attentive. Great service. Mussels were delicious. We will be back
We like to dine out while camping and while at Lake Bemidji state park, the first criteria when looking for a restaurant was friendly a dog-friendly patio. We were attracted to the Sparkling Waters for their menu options, as a Midwest favorite I wanted walleye. However once we saw the menu, we selected prime rib lettuce wraps from the happy hour menu and prime rib wrapped asparagus and walleye fingers from the shareable menu along with side salads. All the food was excellent. We sat on the back patio, our server Jess was very attentive. Great customer service from her and the owner to us and our dog.
Our party of four had reservations for dinner and Reva & Doug, the owners, treated us like royalty. Along with our most gracious server Emily we enjoy the stuff Mushrooms as our appetizer along with their craft beer. Our delicious dinners included the battered Walleye, Salmon and Prime rib entrees with salads and veggies. A restaurant worth visiting when your in town enjoying the town's activities.
My ribeye was cooked right and tasted great. The garlic mashed potatoes hit the spot. I wish I had a bit more, and you can see how few of green beans we have. Haha. Sept 2021 my steak was $36 for a 14 oz Ribeye. Not bad.. It was tasty. Our drinks were decent. Nothing to get excited about. Our server was hustling and worked hard. A table next to us had made a scene. The waitress apologized to us for them. Trying to keep it a good environment. Overall we had a good experience
We were sat upstairs, we were the only ones there. Service was unacceptable, we were with another couple who placed their order and soup or salad was their option, they ordered the clam chowder, we ordered salad nothing more than romaine lettuce cut up, no tomatoes, no cucumber, no croutons, nothing. Our entree was to have been walleye in a butter wine sauce with capers, what we got was deep fried no sauce, no capers. Our dinner companions got their entree before their soup, which was still being heated! When asked to speak with the owner we were told she was busy and we would have to go to her, so much for their ‘friend’ atmosphere! We never received our wine, they never received their soup, it was still heating. The Mediterranean dish the other diner ordered was swimming in water from the pasta, not sauce as advertised. This was our third time at this establishment and our last! The menu online with pricing was much less than the menu at the restaurant. I had heard that this restaurant had been sold but the deal fell through, so the original owners re-opened it, well I think it’s time for new owners who value their customers, I will spread the word that this IS NOT the place to go to be treated as a ‘friend’.

Sparkling waters staff is always kind and attentive to your every need. They provide quick and excellent service, without making you feel rushed. Great Rueben’s, bacon wrapped asparagus, and their specials are a great deal!
