Best laundromat chain ever. Really nice manager, very convenient card system, and spacious. Rather than lugging around a bag off quarters, you just deposit money into a free card and pay with that. If you have money left over you can just save it for next time. The restroom is free for frequent customers, just use your card and you're in. Very clean, no tagging, always stocked.
Loved loved loved the customer service and the quality of the work. I used this service for my mom and mothers are not easy to please when it comes to laundry. My mother LOVED IT! She was very pleased and the smile on her face was priceless! Thanks Sparkleen... We will tell a friend!
Terrible customer service. I had put my clothes to wash and I was sitting waiting for my clothes and I opened up my computer to do work and the lady that works there who’s name is Hidalia kicked me out. This was the first time ever that I get kicked out of a place. I told her I was washing clothes she didn’t say anything and left me alone but she kept on staring at me. The rest of the lady’s are nice except for her. I recommend you guys to not go when she’s there.
I love the place but lately the customer. Service has not been good. I used to come every weekend but had a bad customer service experience and stopped coming. I decided to come back today but had another bad experience with the early morning attendant, Sadly I have decided not to come back up.
I have been coming to this laundry for a long time now. I usually wash on Saturday nights with the laundry lady duby. She is always smiling and is very welcoming with all of the customers. She makes sure the laundry is always clean. More people like her should work there. I switched times on Saturday because the lady that works in the morning I think her name is Delia is very rude and disrespectful to the customers. The lady in the morning doesn’t seem to clean the facility. Five stars for duby she is great.
I live in Huntington Park there’s one laundry with the same name literally one block from my house. I stop by to try it out thought it was the same thing but guess what is not I pack my laundry back and drove all the way to bell gardens I been coming here for years Maria is friendly makes you feel at home she’s really nice she the best. Best customer service i only come when she’s there.
I love coming to this laundry place on Thursday nights when the staff lady i think her name is duby works. She makes you feel welcomed and is always making sure the place is clean. She is always in a good and happy mood.
This laundry is by far the best laundry ive been too. If you want to experience outstanding customer service...wash at night. Yesenia is very nice and will always go out of her way to help you. She makes you feel welcomed. A+ for her.
It's a really nice and clean laundry, but there's a lady who's very rude. I've been a customer for a while now but 2 weeks ago I couldn't find my card so my husband decided to get a new one. As he was getting the new card this lady named Audelia started yelling at my husband on why he didn't have his old card. And now 2 weeks later I found my old card and as my husband was depositing money, she was just behind him making remarks on how people are stupid getting a card every time they wash. And that she was going to tell the owner to start charging a dollar, if not she was going to do it. I find this very disrespectful and rude to do to a customer!
Sunday 3:23 pm.. I just came back from this placeThey have the worst customer service. I don't know the lady name but she's fat, long black straight hair. She spends the whole day gossiping with her friends. She had the nerve to talk about me with the customers because she couldn't approach me like a professional. I got in a huge argument with the employee and her friend over a table and a dryer lol This person thinks she owns the place ..She needs to get fired cause Sparklean Laundry you just lost a customer. Bye
