I never thought I'd be writing a review of a funeral home, but this one deserves it. I had my daughter cremated and this place came highly recommended. I have never felt such compassion, not just the I'm so sorry, but genuinely caring about my situation. He went out of his way to order me a custom urn that was sold out everywhere also, who would think it would be so hard to find an urn I liked! Incredible communication, I felt like I was with family. Just wanted to publicly thank them and hopefully this review will help someone else in making one decision easier during their grief.

Although our needs were simple, Bill Spencer and et all were courteous , personable and timely while offering the services at a no nonsense price. They are good people.

My only meeting with this gentleman were not one that came with respect. He misunderstood a situation and went out of his way to disrespect me and try to make my life difficult. Update: no that was not me. What you did to me and my coworkers was despicable. Maybe you were having a bad day but you were absolutely horrible to us.
