I ordered a beanie one night and the next day, a received an email stating my order was canceled because I canceled it or because I didn't pick it up in a timely manner neither was true. I can understand if the item was no longer available but there was nothing stating that. Tried calling the store but all the numbers are the same and no one answered. Was able to get someone online, that took FOREVER but even they couldn't find a reason why my order was canceled. Next day I went into the store just to shop, no greeting, the employees acted as if I wasn't there. The store was empty so wasnt like they were too busy, it was like they were finding things to do, trying on hates opening and closing wallets... Spencer's let me down, I rather go over to Hot Topic, or Boxlunch than to get service like this
I love Spencer's went to buy some t-shirts for Halloween horror nights and they had very little selection in large this is the only reason I didn't give a 5 star review

Love this place! Every time I go, I find something I didn't know I needed! Great gag gifts and off color items. The selection of shot glasses is awesome!
This place was amazing. The atmosphere they have has a very old fashioned feel to it from its brick entrance to the concrete floors and metal shelving. The people there were very nice and the prices aren't too bad for what your getting. You can buy gag gifts and shirts from bands and just joke ones.
I love this store it is a lot of fun.. They also have Military discounts for those of us who are active duty or veterans.
nice employees, clean store a lot of the stuff there feels like gag gifts like prank toilet paper, but they have awesome selection of shirts and mugs and a lot of adult products.
Always a fun place to look around find some neat novelty items. You can find it all games, adult toys, smoking memorabilia, to nerdy t-shirts
I went to Spencer's for my 12 yr old son. I was sooo overwhelmed with selections. I'm going back... No doubt about that
