One of my favorite stores! One of my favorite places to buy t-shirts and jewelry. They have a huge selection of both of those things along with some great novelty items and gifts. Always a fun time checking out what they have.
This store is very clean and organized! I went in early this morning to do some Christmas shopping and the store manager Ashley was very kind and courteous and store associate Emily helped me pick out a real cool gift for my fiancé and it was on sale! The staff was not rude at all, nor did they argue when I asked any questions the were both very helpful. They were both pretty busy but took the time too help me with my many questions, especially about the sale going on. I would definitely recommend going into the store. The customer service is tip top!!
Don't go to the back section. Naw just joking but I did find some quality beer koozies and hats for hanging out. The staff were also nice and didn't express any opinions on what anyone was buying.
Very helpful people here. Helped me choose the right septum rings. I even got to exchange one that I thought was a clicker, but wasn't, right after I bought it and exchange it for a clicker. Under $20! Hopefully they last awhile. Very good place, though, from my experience! Sociable and fun.
The manager is rude, pushy and condescending. She spoke down to me like I had no idea what I was talking about and pressured me in to buying piercing cleaner saline solution even after I said no multiple times. Left feeling very awkward, gross, and honestly bummed I didn’t stand up for myself more. Her energy was extremely unsettling. Overall terrible experience.
This is one of the best stores left in Missoula. They have a little or everything for everyone. I love the gag gifts, all the board games. 9/10 of our shirts come from here. They have a punch system too! Buy 4 shirts get one free. It adds up! My daughters backpacks always come from here too. I have gotten all my Nightmare Before Christmas garb from here as well. Wallets, belts, lanyards, shot glasses. Something in every corner. Love it!

The customer service is good and the store is overall good, I gave it two stars because of a product I got there. I got some jewelry for my nose and started getting a really bad infection around the piercing so I decided to change the jewelry so I could clean it and put a cleaner ring in it. When I removed the jewelry, I discovered that it was rusting. The piercing jewelry is cheap, do not buy it. It might rust inside of your piercing and cause infections or tetanus.
If you need coffee mugs, drinking games and sex toys then it's all here. Staff can be condescending but not always. It's an alright store, has cool shirts at least
The employees were snippety, rude, and argumentative. I asked about a sale and one of the girls brought the sign over and acted like i couldn't read. Very poor customer service all around.
