I teach Spinning classes and Group Strength Classes - My (*30-20-10*) class I offer is 30 minutes of Spin, 20 minutes of Group Strength and 10 minutes of ab-work and stretching. Currently my 30-20-10 class is offered Mon and Wed evenings and full hour spin is offered Tues and Thurs mornings -
